• Customers shall make one or more successful money transfers from selected LuLu Exchange branches or LuLu Money App within the below mentioned Eligibility Periods to qualify for the weekly lucky draw:

• This Promotion is applicable only for individual money transfers. Corporate transactions will not qualify for the draw.
• Winners will be announced within 7 days of the draw date on official LuLu Exchange’s social media pages & LuLu Exchange website. 
• The Winners will have to submit a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt, valid emirates ID and valid Passport to collect the prize. 
• LuLu Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer the selected winners either an AED 150 Travel Voucher from EaseMyTrip or a 2 Nights & 3 Days Holiday voucher from Club Mahindra. Travel Vouchers will be shared to the winning customers via their registered email address or registered mobile number as registered in the Lulu Exchange records.
• The Last day to collect the Prize will be 30th of July 2024.
• The Promotion eligibility will be based on a successful credit of the customer payment towards a remittance transaction done through selected LuLu Exchange branches or the LuLu Money app. Canceled, returned or void remittance transactions will not be eligible for the Promotion.
• All valid transactions need to be initiated & completed within the promotion eligibility period.
• LuLu Exchange may deny the entry of any remittance transaction by a participant to the promotion on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
• If any remittance transaction is found suspicious and or based on fraudulent act or insufficient/misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Participant/Winner.
• LuLu Exchange may publish the winners’ photos & name in any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes. The Participant/Winner hereby consents to the use of his information and photo by Lulu Exchange and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled for any claim against LuLu Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.
• LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as instructed by the Government regulators without prior notice to the customer at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments.
• LuLu Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel, void, cancel, suspend the promotion for any reason whatsoever.
• If Lulu Exchange deems it reasonable to do so, reserves the right to change the draw date at its sole discretion, in these instances new date draws will be communicated through its official channels.
• Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant/Winner.
• The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the participant/winner.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non- refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind OR if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when transacting online, LuLu Exchange does not take any responsibility for incomplete transactions and any incomplete transactions will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for any transaction which is not completed for any reason.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the promotion.
• LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure i.e. severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
• All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab of Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab of Emirates.
• LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date.
• LuLu Exchange will never ask customers for their personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.
• LuLu Exchange employees are excluded from the promotion. 
• Pay at branch option is not eligible.

Additional Details for Club Mahindra Voucher Winners:

• Customer who sends one or more transactions of value AED 4000 or more via LuLu Money app or selected LuLu Exchange branches will be eligible to be part of the weekly draw. Total 12 winners will be selected during the campaign period & each winner will get 1 year holiday membership to Club Mahindra. Total 4970 winners will be selected during the campaign period & each winner will get a voucher which upon billing would entitle them for a complimentary 2 Nights 3 Days stay at any one of the 32 resorts in India of Club Mahindra. 
• Upon receiving the voucher, the customer needs to fill in a contact form & Club Mahindra relationship manager will connect with the customer to do a 20 minutes presentation on Club Mahindra services & properties. Customer can book their desired property once the session is over by using the redemption code provided by the relationship manager. Terms & conditions of Club Mahindra will apply.
• The validity of the Club Mahindra voucher is one year from the date of activation.
• Club Mahindra voucher is valid for two adults and two children under the age of twelve.
• Club Mahindra voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
• Rooms are subjected to availability.
• Holidays once booked cannot be amended.
