India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, United Kingdom, and Nepal.

2. For transfers to Pakistan, unlimited free transfers are applicable only on transactions
above AED 375.

3. The offer is valid until 31st December 2025.

4. The offer is valid only for transactions from the UAE made via the LuLu Money App.

5. All transfers are subject to regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML checks, and transaction limits
as defined by the UAE Central Bank.

6. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to hold or reject any transfer that does not meet
compliance standards.

7. Transfers made through LuLu Exchange branches, agents, or third-party channels are not
covered under this promotion.

8. The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be
combined with other offers. In case of disputes, the decision of LuLu Exchange shall be final.

9. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time
without prior notice.

10. By using this offer, customers agree to abide by these terms & conditions and the
general service rules of LuLu Exchange.

11. The promotion is not valid for cancellations, except those caused by agent, system, or partner-related issues, for which the standard transaction fee of AED 10 will apply. Cancellations or errors caused by the customer will incur the standard transaction fee of AED 10
