3. The offer is valid only for transactions from the UAE made via the LuLu Money App.

4. All transfers are subject to regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML checks, and transaction limits as defined by the UAE Central Bank.

5. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to hold or reject any transfer that does not meet compliance standards.

6. Transfers made through LuLu Exchange branches, agents, or third-party(ToBank & Cash Pickup) channels are not covered under this promotion.

7.The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. In case of disputes, the decision of LuLu Exchange shall be final.

8. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

10. The promotion is not valid for cancellations, except those caused by agent, system, or partner-related issues, for which the standard transaction fee of AED 10 will apply. Cancellations or errors caused by the customer will incur the standard transaction fee of AED 10.
