TERMS AND CONDITIONS LULU EXCHANGE CASHBACK CAMPAIGN 2026

1. INTRODUCTION & THE PROMOTION

1. 1.1   The ‘LuLu Exchange Cashback Campaign 2026’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’) is a customer reward scheme organized and administered by LuLu Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE).
2. 1.2   By participating in this Promotion, all participants (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customers’ or ‘Participants’) explicitly agree to be bound by these full Terms and Conditions, which shall be final and binding in all respects regarding the Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. 2.1   The Promotion shall commence on 15 July 2026 at 00:00 AM (UAE Time) and shall conclude on 12 September 2026 at 11:59 PM (UAE Time), both dates inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion Period’).
2. 2.2   Any remittance transactions executed outside the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified and shall not be eligible for entry into any of the weekly promotional draws.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. 3.1   The Promotion is open exclusively to individual retail customers who carry out personal outward remittance transactions at selected physical LuLu Exchange branches located within the United Arab Emirates during the Promotion Period.
2. 3.2   Corporate remittance transactions, commercial accounts, and transactions initiated by or on behalf of business entities are strictly excluded from participation.
3. 3.3   Directors, management, employees, and direct family members of LuLu Exchange, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, or any third-party vendors directly involved in the planning or execution of this Promotion are strictly ineligible to participate.
4. 3.4   Participants must possess a valid Emirates ID and legal residency or lawful stay status in the United Arab Emirates at the time of transaction, winner selection, and prize distribution.

4. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS & ENTRY ENTITLEMENT

1. 4.1   To qualify for the Promotion draw, a customer must complete a successful, completed outward remittance transaction at a participating physical LuLu Exchange branch within the UAE.
2. 4.2   There is no minimum transaction value or threshold required to qualify. Every successfully processed outward remittance transaction equals one (1) valid entry into the respective weekly draw.
3. 4.3   New-to-Business (NTB) Customers: Customers who have never previously transacted with LuLu Exchange, and who register and complete their first successful outward remittance transaction during the Promotion Period, shall receive DOUBLE entries (two entries per successful transaction).
4. 4.4   Cancelled, refunded, voided, or disputed remittance transactions will immediately invalidate the corresponding entries and render them ineligible for the draw.

5. PRIZE STRUCTURE AND DRAW MECHANISM

1. 5.1   The total cumulative prize pool allocated for the entire Promotion is fixed at AED 100,000 (United Arab Emirates Dirhams One Hundred Thousand Only) in cash/cashback value.
2. 5.2   A grand total of forty (40) unique winners will be selected throughout the Promotion.
3. 5.3   Each selected and verified winner will receive a cashback equivalent to the value of their qualifying transaction, subject to a maximum cashback limit of AED 2,500 per winner. If the qualifying transaction amount is less than AED 2,500, the winner will receive cashback equal to the transaction amount. If the qualifying transaction amount exceeds AED 2,500, the cashback will be capped at AED 2,500.
4. 5.4   The forty (40) winners will be distributed over a 15-day schedule in accordance with the following structured matrix.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND DRAW MANAGEMENT

1. 6.1   Winners will be selected at random through an automated electronic draw system managed under the supervision of authorized officials from the relevant Department of Economic Development (DED) or local regulatory bodies in the United Arab Emirates.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DISBURSEMENT

1. 7.1   Selected winners will be officially notified by LuLu Exchange via telephone call to the registered mobile number provided during transaction registration, followed by an official SMS or Email.
2. 7.2   Winners will never be asked to provide confidential financial information, PINs, passwords, or transaction card details to claim their prize.
3. 7.3   To claim the prize, the winner must visit the designated LuLu Exchange branch as instructed, presenting their original valid Emirates ID and the original transaction receipt corresponding to the winning entry.
4. 7.4   Cashback prizes will be handed over via cash payout or credited directly to the customer’s verified account or remittance profile, subject to statutory standard compliance verifications. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the formal date of announcement. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and handed over to the regulatory authorities in line with UAE law.

8. PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION, AND PUBLICITY

1. 8.1   By participating in this Promotion, winners explicitly grant LuLu Exchange the right and license to use their names, photographs, likeness, and voices for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across print, digital, and social media channels without any additional compensation or prior consent.
2. 8.2   Personal data collected during this campaign will be handled securely in strict adherence to LuLu Exchange’s Privacy Policy and the data protection guidelines of the Central Bank of the UAE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GENERAL JURISDICTION

1. 9.1   LuLu Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to prior approval from the relevant regulatory authorities (CBUAE / DED).
2. 9.2   The Company shall not be held liable for any technical network failures, server downtime, system glitches, or delayed transactions that prevent a customer from participating in the scheduled draws.
3. 9.3   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate where the draw is conducted. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
