The LuLu Exchange Kabayan Basketball League, in association with the Dubai Sports Council, coming up with the UAE’s biggest basketball league dedicated to the Filipino community, bringing together passionate athletes and thousands of fans from across the Emirates.

Terms & Conditions
- The tournament is open exclusively to Filipino male expatriates residing in the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
- Round 1 match will consist of two halves of 14 minutes each with a 5-minute halftime break.
- All games except first round will consist of 2 halves of 10 minutes each, with a 5-minute halftime break, first round matches of 7 minutes half each.
- In the event of a tie at the end of regulation time, a 3-minute overtime period will be played.
- Each team is entitled to two 30-second timeouts, which may only be used during the second half.
- A player will be disqualified after committing four personal fouls.
- Each team is permitted four team fouls per half. From the fifth team foul onwards, the opposing team will be awarded two free throws.
- A player or coach will be ejected upon receiving:
- Two technical fouls; or
- One technical foul and one unsportsmanlike foul.
- The referee reserves the right to immediately eject any player or coach involved in an altercation.
- Any team arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled match time will forfeit the game, and the victory will be awarded to the opposing team.
- All other aspects of the tournament will be governed by the official FIBA Rules and Regulations.
- Prelims round 1 and round 2 will be held in Dubai Sports World DWTC.
- Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Third Place Playoff, and Final will be held on 9 August at Shabab Al Ahli Indoor Stadium, next to Lulu Hypermarket Metro Station.
- All remaining matches will be played at Dubai Sports World, Dubai World Trade Centre.
