Terms & Conditions
- 1. The tournament is open only to Filipino male expatriates residing in the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
- 2. All games will consist of 2 halves of 10 minutes each, with a 5-minute halftime break.
- 3. In the event of a draw at the end of regulation time, the game will proceed to a 3-minute overtime.
- 4. Each team is entitled to two 30-second timeouts, which may only be used during the second half.
- 5. A player will be ejected from the game upon committing four personal fouls.
- 6. Each team is allowed up to four team fouls per half. Once the fourth team foul is committed, the opposing team will be awarded two free throws for subsequent fouls.
- 7. A player or coach will be ejected if they receive:
- Two technical fouls; or
- One technical foul and one unsportsmanlike foul.
- 8. The referee has the authority to immediately eject any player or coach involved in an altercation or misconduct.
- 9. Teams must report on time for their scheduled matches. If a team is more than 10 minutes late, the match will be awarded to the opposing team by default.
- 10. All other aspects of the tournament will be governed by the official FIBA Rules and Regulations.
