LuLu Money SendFest is a three-month festive offer campaign created to bring exciting offers and opportunities to eligible LuLu Money customers in the UAE.

The first SendFest offer runs from 12 October to 18 October 2026, giving customers a chance to win one of two iPhone 18 Pro Max smartphones.

The campaign is designed around something you already do: sending money internationally to family and friends.

1. Download the LuLu Money App

The campaign is exclusively applicable to eligible transactions completed through the LuLu Money app.

Download the LuLu Money App, sign in, and make your transfer to enter the iPhone Fest.

(Note: Transactions made through branches, agents, or third-party channels do not qualify for the SendFest campaign).

2. Send AED 1,000 or More

Your qualifying transaction must be a single successful remittance transaction of AED 1,000 or more.

This is important.
Sending AED 500 and then another AED 500 does not count as one qualifying AED 1,000 transaction. The AED 1,000 minimum must be met in a single transaction.

3. Complete Your Transfer Between 12 and 18 October

Your qualifying transaction must be successfully completed and credited between 12 October and 18 October 2026, both dates inclusive. Transaction’s that are initiated but not successfully completed within the campaign period will not qualify.

4. Earn Your Draw Entry

Every qualifying transaction of AED 1,000 or more earns one Draw Entry into the lucky draw. There is no cap on the number of Draw Entries a participant can earn.

This means you can earn multiple entries through multiple separate qualifying transactions. However, sending a larger amount in one transaction does not create multiple entries.

There will be two lucky winners, with each selected winner receiving one iPhone 18 Pro Max, subject to eligibility verification and the applicable Terms and Conditions. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item.

When Will the LuLu Money Lucky Draw Take Place?

The October LuLu Money SendFest lucky draw will take place on 19 October 2026. Two winners will be randomly selected from all valid Draw Entries.

The draw will be conducted in the presence of a government official from Abu Dhabi Municipality to support fairness and transparency.

Selected winners will be contacted through their registered contact details on 19 October 2026.

The winners will also be announced through official LuLu Money channels within 48 hours after the Lucky Draw, subject to verification and applicable approvals.

Who Can Participate in LuLu Money SendFest?

The October LuLu Money SendFest offer is open to eligible LuLu Money app users who are UAE residents aged 18 or above and hold a valid Emirates ID and passport, subject to the full campaign Terms and Conditions.

Corporate or business transactions do not qualify.
