Terms & Conditions:

• Customers shall make one or more successful money transfers from any of the LuLu Exchange branches or LuLu Money App within the below-mentioned Eligibility Periods to qualify for the lucky draw:

• This Promotion is applicable only for individual money transfers. Corporate transactions will not qualify for the draw.
• Winners will be announced within 7 days of the draw date on the official LuLu Exchange’s social media pages & LuLu Exchange website.
• The Winners will have to submit a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt, a valid Emirates ID, and a valid Passport to collect the prize.
• To stand a chance to win the Dongfeng Shine Sedan Car:
  ● A Customer has to be New Customer doing his first ever Money Transfer during the campaign period with LuLu exchange or LuLu Money App
• To win a Dongfeng MAGE SUV.
• A customer shall complete a minimum of four money transfers during the promotion period to qualify.
• After the fourth transaction, every additional transfer made, will be an additional chance to win.
• There will be five fortnightly draws, each awarding 50 winners with 3.6 grams of ComTech Digital Gold, as per the table mentioned above — resulting in a total of 250 winners during the campaign period.
• There will be 10 winners of 10 grams of ComTech digital Gold in the final mega draw. A Total of 100 Grams of ComTech Digital Gold will be given in Mega Draw.
• For Mega Draw of Gold, the whole campaign period data will be taken for raffle.
• To claim the gold, winner has to download the ComTech Gold app. And complete the KYC in the app.
• Eligibility criteria for winning the AFA players signed jersey:
  ● Customers must make a money transfer during the campaign period,
  ● Follow LuLu Exchange on Instagram and Facebook.
  ● Take a selfie with the framed jersey at selected branches and send it via our WhatsApp channel 600 522204. The winner will be chosen from the submitted entries via raffle during mega draw.
• The Last day to collect the Prize will be 31st of March 2026.
• The Promotion eligibility will be based on successful credit of the customer payment towards a remittance transaction done through LuLu Exchange branches or the LuLu Money app. Canceled, returned or void remittance transactions will not be eligible for the Promotion.
•  All valid transactions need to be initiated & completed within the promotion eligibility period.
• Transactions made under other promotional offers such as free transfers, discounted charges etc. will not be eligible for the Mega Draw of the Dongfeng MAGE SUV.
• LuLu Exchange may deny the entry of any remittance transaction by a participant to the promotion on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.
• If any remittance transaction is found suspicious and or based on fraudulent act or insufficient/misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Participant/Winner.
• LuLu Exchange may publish the winners’ photos & name in any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes. The Participant/Winner hereby consents to the use of his information and photo by Lulu Exchange and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled for any claim against LuLu Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.
• LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as instructed by the Government regulators without prior notice to the customer at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments.
• LuLu Exchange reserves the right to postpone, void, suspend, or cancel the promotion for any reason whatsoever.
• If Lulu Exchange deems it reasonable to do so, reserves the right to change the draw date at its sole discretion, in these instances new draw dates will be communicated through its official channels.
• Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant/Winner.
• The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the participants/winner.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or unsuccessful entries caused by technical issues, system faults, or site failures during online transactions. Any transaction that is not fully completed will be deemed invalid and will not qualify for entry into the prize draw.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
• This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
• LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the promotion.
• LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure i.e. severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
• All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab of Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab of Emirates.
• LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date.
• LuLu Exchange will never ask customers for their personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.
• LuLu Exchange, Dongfeng & ComTech Gold employees are excluded from the promotion.
