What is the “Predict and Win” Campaign?

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Predict and Win” Campaign organised by LuLu Exchange. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Campaign Overview

The “Predict and Win” Campaign invites football fans to put their instincts to the test across eight selected tournament fixtures. Think you can predict how many goals a match will produce? Here’s your chance to prove it.

From high-scoring thrillers to tightly contested battles, every match tells a different story. Simply predict the total number of goals that will be scored before kick-off and submit your entry for a chance to win.

The contest runs throughout the tournament, from the Group Stage to the Final, with a prize draw for each selected fixture. The more predictions you get right, the more chances you have to win.

Eight fixtures. Eight prediction rounds. Eight chances to be right.

2. Eligibility

1. 2.1   The participant must be 18+ years of age and a resident of the UAE.
2. 2.2   Rounds 1–5: Five Designated Matches
   1. 2.2.1   A LuLu Money app account is not required to enter or to qualify for a prize in Rounds 1–5.
   2. 2.2.2   To qualify for a draw entry, the participant must have submitted the correct predicted final goal score for the match at full time (including extra time and penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated).
   3. 2.2.3   All qualifying entries will be entered into a random draw conducted per match. A total of five (5) draws will be held (one for each match), and two (2) winners will be selected per draw, resulting in a total of ten (10) winners for the campaign.
3. 2.3   Rounds 6, 7 & 8: Quarter-Final, Semi-Final & Final
   1. 2.3.1   A valid, active LuLu Money app account is required to participate in the draws for Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, and Final match predictions.
   2. 2.3.2   To qualify for a draw entry, the participant must:
      1. Have submitted the correct predicted goal score for the match;
      2. Have completed a minimum of one (1) successful transaction on the LuLu Money app within the eligibility period applicable to that round (eligibility period dates will be published on the Campaign post for each fixture).
   3. 2.3.3   All qualifying entries will be entered into a random draw. One (1) winner will be selected per match.
   4. 2.3.4   Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, and Final matches will have their own independent lucky draw. One (1) winner will be selected from each draw.
4. 2.4   Employees of LuLu Exchange, affiliates, partners, agencies, vendors, and influencers are not eligible.

3. How to Participate

1. 3.1   For each eligible match, LuLu Money will publish a prediction post on its official social media channel(s).
2. 3.2   To participate, you need to comment on your predicted final goal score on the designated post before the comment window closes.
3. 3.3   Comments open 1 day before each match’s scheduled kick-off and close 1 hour before kick-off. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.
4. 3.4   Only one comment entry per person, per match, will be accepted. Multiple comments from the same account will result in all entries from that account being disqualified for that match.
5. 3.5   Entries must be submitted from a personal, genuine, and publicly visible social media account. Entries from bot accounts, fake accounts, or accounts created solely for promotional purposes will be disqualified.

4. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection

1. 4.1   Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid, qualifying entries after each designated match posted for prediction. The draw will be conducted in accordance with municipality guidelines, with separate draws held after each match.
2. 4.2   Results will be announced on LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money’s official social media channel(s) within a reasonable period following each match.
3. 4.3   Participants who submit a correct prediction will be contacted by LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money through the social media account the participant used to submit their entry, to verify eligibility, including UAE residency. Entrants must respond within twelve (12) hours of first contact. Failure to respond within this window will result in the entry being disqualified from the draw.
4. 4.4   Winners will be contacted through the social media account they used to leave their comment. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of first contact, or fails to provide the required documentation, or is found to be ineligible or disqualified under these Terms and Conditions, that Winner shall forfeit the prize and shall have no claim against LuLu Exchange in respect of it.
   1. Reserve winners will be drawn in sequence at the same supervised draw; any forfeited prize passes to the next reserve in order, subject to the same verification requirements and a (7) day response period.
   2. If a prize remains unclaimed or unawarded after the reserve winners have been exhausted, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the conditions of the permit and the directions of the competent authority.
5. 4.5   Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.
6. 4.6   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
7. 4.7   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. Prize Details

1. 5.1   For each of the first five designated prediction rounds (Rounds 1–5), ten (10) winners will each receive an AFA Backpack.
2. 5.2   For the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final prediction rounds, each round will have one (1) separate winner. The winner of each of these three rounds will receive an official Argentina jersey signed by Lionel Messi, Julian Alvarez, and Lautaro Martinez.

6. Verification, Authenticity & Fraud Prevention

1. 6.1   LuLu Exchange may request proof of authenticity, including transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents.
2. 6.2   LuLu Exchange will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, bank details, or fees to claim a prize.
3. 6.3   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money channels.

7. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 7.1   In case of issues, contact 600522204 or email us at customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
2. 7.2   If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department.
3. 7.3   The outcome of each draw, conducted under the supervision of the competent authority, is conclusive as to the identity of the Winners for that fixture. LuLu Exchange’s determinations on all matters relating to the administration and conduct of this Campaign shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight

8. General Terms

1. 8.1   All decisions made by LuLu Exchange regarding winners, selection criteria, or disqualification shall be final and binding.
2. 8.2   Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
3. 8.3   Winners must collect prizes from an official LuLu Exchange / Lulu Money location as instructed by LuLu Money during/after the campaign.
4. 8.4   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Campaign Terms & Conditions at any time or change draw dates at its sole discretion. Any such updates will be communicated via official LuLu Money social media channels and/or the official website.
5. 8.5   The Winners will have to submit the following to collect the prize:
   A copy of their transaction confirmation receipt (if asked)
   A valid Emirates ID
   A valid Passport
6. 8.6   Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant/Winner.
7. 8.7   The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
8. 8.8   Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
9. 8.9   The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
10. 8.10   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuLu Exchange’s total aggregate liability to any Participant in connection with this Campaign shall not exceed the value of the prize that Participant is eligible to receive. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. 8.11   LuLu Exchange is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages affecting participation.
12. 8.12   Participants indemnify LuLu Exchange against any claims arising from their submitted content, including copyright infringement or defamation.
13. 8.13   LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law.
14. 8.14   LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the campaign.
15. 8.15   All disputes arising or in connection with this campaign are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
16. 8.16   Any disputes arising from this campaign or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any rights available to Participants under applicable laws or before any competent regulatory authority. In case of disputes, parties agree to seek amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
17. 8.17   LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date.
18. 8.18   LuLu Exchange shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.
19. 8.19   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law. LuLu Exchange shall remain responsible for administering the Campaign in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner.
20. 8.20   This campaign does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of specific transaction types.

9. Platform Disclaimer

1. 9.1   This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor associated with it.
2. 9.2   By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability related to this campaign.
