Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the
“Predict & Get a Chance to Win Campaign” organised by LuLu Exchange. By participating, entrants agree to
comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Definitions

1. 1.1   Campaign : means the “LuLu
   Money Predict & Get a Chance to Win Campaign” organised by LuLu International Exchange LLC in accordance
   with these Terms and Conditions.
2. 1.2   Campaign Period : means the
   duration from 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.

3. 1.3   Participant
   : means any eligible customer of LuLu International Exchange LLC who meets the eligibility criteria set
   out in Section 2.

4. 1.4   Qualifying Transaction :means
   a successful remittance transaction of a minimum value of AED 1,000 per transaction, completed through
   the LuLu Money app within the Campaign Period.
5. 1.5   Qualifying Threshold : means
   the minimum requirement of 3 Qualifying Transactions completed during the Campaign Period, upon which a
   Participant becomes eligible for the lucky draw and receives 1 Draw Entry.
6. 1.6   Lucky Draw : means a
   : means the random selection process conducted by LuLu Exchange to determine the Winners from among all
   Eligible Entries.
7. 1.7   Draw Entry : means one entry
   into the lucky draw. A Participant receives 1 Draw Entry upon reaching the Qualifying Threshold, and 1
   additional Draw Entry for each Qualifying Transaction completed beyond the 3rd.
8. 1.8   App : means the LuLu Money
   mobile application, available on iOS and Android.
9. 1.9   Winners : means the
   Participant(s) selected through the Lucky Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. 1.10   Associated campaign
    partners: The appointed agency, prize suppliers and their staff.

2. Campaign Period

1. 2.1   The Campaign runs from 12:01 a.m. (UAE time) on 17 June 2026 until the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final match, as officially confirmed by FIFA (the “Campaign Period”). Any transaction or Prediction made outside the Campaign Period shall be void and will not be accepted.
2. 2.2   This Campaign and the associated Lucky Draw are conducted subject to all applicable regulatory approvals, permits, and authorisations required by the competent authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

3. Eligibility & Participation

1. 3.1   This Campaign is exclusively available to registered users of the LuLu Money App within the United Arab Emirates. Participants must be UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID and must be aged 18 years or above.
2. 3.2   To qualify for the Lucky Draw, a Participant must:
   
   • (a) ) Have a Cumulative Transaction Value of AED 500 or more during the Campaign Period. Only successfully completed remittance transactions initiated through the LuLu Money App within the United Arab Emirates will be counted towards the Cumulative Transaction Value.
   • (b) Have at least one Correct Prediction for any designated match recorded during the Campaign Period.
3. 3.3   Only Send to Bank, Cash Pickup, Wallet, and MTO transactions will be considered valid entries for the campaign.
4. 3.4   Each transaction earns the Participant one (1) Token. Each Token entitles the Participant to make one (1) match score Prediction.
5. 3.5   Participants may use multiple Tokens to predict the scores of multiple designated World Cup matches available for prediction within the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
6. 3.6   Each transaction by an Eligible Entry will be counted as a separate Lucky Draw entry, thereby increasing that Participant’s chances of winning.
7. 3.7   Only Participants with at least one Correct Prediction per designated match during the Campaign Period and a Cumulative Transaction Value of AED 500 or more during the Campaign Period will qualify for the Lucky Draw.
8. 3.8   The prediction window for each designated match will open at a time designated by LuLu Money prior to the scheduled kick-off and will close forty (40) minutes before the scheduled end of the match. The opening of the prediction window will be communicated within the LuLu Money App.
9. 3.9   Each Prediction, once submitted, is final and cannot be edited or withdrawn. A Participant may, however, submit additional Predictions for the same match using separate Tokens, with each submission treated as an independent attempt, thereby increasing the Participant’s chances of obtaining a Correct Prediction.
10. 3.10   Cancelled, reversed, or refunded transactions will not be counted towards the Cumulative Transaction Value and will not generate Tokens.
11. 3.11   This Campaign is applicable to individual money transfers only. Corporate transactions will not qualify.
12. 3.12   Employees of LuLu Money, LuLu Exchange, and their associated campaign partners are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
13. 3.13   LuLu Money reserves the right to deny participation to any Participant engaging in unethical, false, or fraudulent practices.
14. 3.14   LuLu Money may refuse any transaction that cannot be validated or that breaches applicable requirements, including KYC/AML or internal compliance rules.

4. How to Participate

1. 4.1   Complete a transaction (Send to Bank, Cash Pickup, Wallet, or MTO) via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
2. 4.2   Each successful transaction earns one (1) Token. Use your tokens to predict the scores of the designated matches published within the LuLu Money App.
3. 4.3   Navigate to the Predict & Win section within the LuLu Money App to view the designated matches available for prediction.
4. 4.4   Use one (1) Token per prediction to submit your exact score before the prediction window closes.
5. 4.5   Make as many predictions as you have Tokens available. You may predict the same match multiple times using separate Tokens, with each submission counted as an independent entry.
6. 4.6   Ensure your Cumulative Transaction Value reaches AED 500 or more during the Campaign Period.
7. 4.7   If your Cumulative Transaction Value meets the AED 500 threshold and you have at least one Correct Prediction, you will automatically qualify for the Lucky Draw.

5. Prize Details

1. 5.1   A total of eleven (11) Winners will be selected through the Lucky Draw as follows:
   • (a) 1 Winner will receive an official football jersey signed by Lionel Messi, Julian Alvarez, and Lautaro Martinez.
   • (b) Reward points can be converted into LuLu Happiness Points once you’ve reached 240 points worth 2 KWD.
2. 5.2   All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3. 5.3   Winners of the signed jersey will be contacted by LuLu Money with collection details, including the designated LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money branch and any documentation required, following successful verification of identity and eligibility.
4. 5.4   Reward points will be credited to the Winner’s LuLu Money Reward balance within thirty (30) working days of verification.
5. 5.5   Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges arising from acceptance of the prize shall be borne solely by the Winner.

6. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection

1. 6.1   The Lucky Draw will be conducted following the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final, and the winners will be announced on 31 July 2026.
2. 6.2   Winners will be notified via:
   • (a) Official LuLu Money/LuLu Exchange social media channels (Instagram and/or Facebook).
   • (b) Email or mobile number registered with the Participant’s LuLu Money account.
3. 6.3   Winners must provide valid identification (Emirates ID and a valid Passport) to claim their prize.
4. 6.4   If a Winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of first contact, or fails to provide the required documents, or is found to be ineligible or disqualified under these Terms and Conditions, that Winner shall forfeit the prize and shall have no claim against LuLu Exchange in respect of it.
   • (a) Reserve winners will be drawn in sequence at the same supervised draw; any forfeited prize passes to the next reserve in order, subject to the same verification requirements and a (7) day response period.
   • (b) If a prize remains unclaimed or unawarded after the reserve winners have been exhausted, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the conditions of the permit and the directions of the competent authority.
5. 6.5   LuLu Money is not responsible if a Participant cannot be reached due to incorrect or outdated contact information. LuLu Money highly recommends that all customers keep their contact details up to date.
6. 6.6   Winners may be requested to participate in promotional activities (photographs, social media posts, or short videos) at LuLu Money’s reasonable request.
7. 6.7   The signed jersey will be delivered to the winner within 15 to 20 calendar days from successful winner verification, unless delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Match & Prediction Rules

1. 7.1   Multiple designated FIFA World Cup 2026 matches will be available for prediction during the Campaign Period. The list of designated matches will be published within the LuLu Money App.
2. 7.2   Each Prediction must be submitted within the applicable prediction window, which closes forty (40) minutes before the scheduled end of the match. The opening of each prediction window will be communicated within the LuLu Money App prior to the relevant match.
3. 7.3   Predictions submitted outside the open window will not be accepted.
4. 7.4   To qualify for a draw entry, the participant must have submitted the correct predicted final goal score for the match at full time (including extra time and penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated).
5. 7.5   Where a Participant submits multiple Predictions for the same match using separate Tokens, only one (1) Correct Prediction per match shall be counted towards the Participant’s entries into the Lucky Draw, regardless of how many Predictions for that match are correct. However, a Participant who obtains a Correct Prediction for more than one (1) designated match during the Campaign Period shall receive one (1) additional entry into the Lucky Draw for each match in which a Correct Prediction is obtained, thereby increasing their overall chances of winning.
6. 7.6   In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or schedule change, LuLu Money reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace the associated prediction opportunity and any related rewards, at its sole discretion. Tokens used for cancelled predictions will be reinstated to the Participant’s account, where technically feasible.
7. 7.7   The designated matches available for prediction are subject to the official FIFA World Cup 2026 match schedule and fixtures. LuLu Money reserves the right to update, substitute, or adjust the list of designated matches in response to any changes made by FIFA to match dates, times, or fixtures, including but not limited to rescheduling due to weather, operational, or other circumstances. The Campaign will be deemed complete upon the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final, regardless of the calendar date on which the Final takes place.
8. 7.8   A Prediction is only valid for the specific match and Campaign Period for which it was submitted.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

1. 8.1   Personal data collected during this Campaign will be used solely for campaign administration, winner verification, and prize delivery.
2. 8.2   Data will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws of the UAE.
3. 8.3   By participating, Participants consent to LuLu Money contacting them via email, phone, or registered app notifications regarding this Campaign.
4. 8.4   By participating, Winners consent to the use of their name and general likeness solely for the purpose of announcing and promoting the Campaign, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. 8.5   Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting eligibility in the Campaign. To withdraw consent, contact us at 600522204 or email customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
   

6. 8.6   Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to complete the Campaign and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
7. 8.7   Consent to publicity is requested separately at the time of prize claim and is never a precondition of entry or prize entitlement.

9. Verification & Fraud Prevention

1. 9.1   LuLu Money reserves the right to verify the validity of all transactions and Predictions.
2. 9.2   LuLu Money may request proof of authenticity, including transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents.
3. 9.3   If any transaction is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or based on misleading information, LuLu Money reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the Participant/Winner.
4. 9.4   LuLu Money will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, bank details, or fees to claim a prize.
5. 9.5   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Money/LuLu Exchange channels.
6. 9.6   LuLu Money shall not be responsible for any loss arising from dealings with fake or unauthorised sources.

10. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 10.1   For any queries or concerns, contact 600522204 or email customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
   
2. 10.2   If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department.
3. 10.3   The decision of LuLu Money in its sole and absolute discretion regarding any aspect of the Campaign, Lucky Draw, or selection of Winners is final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

11. Liability & Technical Failures

1. 11.1   LuLu Money accepts no responsibility for incomplete or unsuccessful entries caused by technical issues, system faults, app outages, or connectivity failures.
2. 11.2   To the extent permitted by law, LuLu Money and its agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of a prize.
3. 11.3   LuLu Money shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures (Force Majeure).
4. 11.4   LuLu Money’s liability is strictly limited to the provision of the stated prizes as described in Section 5.

12. General Terms

1. 12.1   LuLu Money reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Campaign or change draw dates at its sole discretion. Any such updates will be communicated via official LuLu Money social media channels and/or the official website.
2. 12.2   LuLu Money reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as instructed by government regulators without prior notice.
3. 12.3   Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant.
4. 12.4   Participation in this Campaign implies full acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
5. 12.5   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any rights available to Participants under applicable laws or before any competent regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms affects a customer’s right to seek redress through competent UAE courts or regulatory authorities.
6. 12.6   This Campaign complies with the regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE governing licensed exchange houses.
7. 12.7   This Campaign does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of any specific transaction type.
8. 12.8   Customers should conduct remittance transactions based on their genuine financial needs. Participation in this campaign should not influence customers to undertake unnecessary transactions.
