What is the LuLu Money Golden Boot Campaign?

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Predict & Get a Chance to Win Campaign” organised by LuLu Exchange. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Definitions

1. 1.1   Campaign : means the “LuLu Money Predict & Get a Chance to Win Campaign” organised by LuLu International Exchange LLC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. 1.2   Campaign Period : means the duration from 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
3. 1.3   Participant: means any eligible customer of LuLu International Exchange LLC who meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
4. 1.4   Qualifying Transaction :means a successful remittance transaction of a minimum value of AED 1,000 per transaction, completed through the LuLu Money app within the Campaign Period.
5. 1.5   Qualifying Threshold : means the minimum requirement of 3 Qualifying Transactions completed during the Campaign Period, upon which a Participant becomes eligible for the lucky draw and receives 1 Draw Entry.
6. 1.6   Lucky Draw : means a : means the random selection process conducted by LuLu Exchange to determine the Winners from among all Eligible Entries.
7. 1.7   Draw Entry : means one entry into the lucky draw. A Participant receives 1 Draw Entry upon reaching the Qualifying Threshold, and 1 additional Draw Entry for each Qualifying Transaction completed beyond the 3rd.
8. 1.8   App : means the LuLu Money mobile application, available on iOS and Android.
9. 1.9   Winners : means the Participant(s) selected through the Lucky Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. 1.10   Associated campaign partners: The appointed agency, prize suppliers and their staff.

2. Eligibility & Participation

1. 2.1   The Campaign is open to all registered LuLu Money app users who are residents of the UAE aged 18 years or above and hold a valid Emirates ID and passport.
2. 2.2   To be eligible for the lucky draw, a Participant must complete a minimum of 3 Qualifying Transactions during the Campaign Period, each of a minimum value of AED 1,000.
3. 2.3   This Campaign is applicable only to individual remittance transactions. Corporate or business transactions will not qualify.
4. 2.4   Transactions made through LuLu Exchange branches, agents, or third-party channels are not eligible for this Campaign.
5. 2.5   Employees of LuLu Money, LuLu Exchange, and their associated campaign partners are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
6. 2.6   A Participant who completes 3 Qualifying Transactions during the Campaign Period will receive 1 Draw Entry into the lucky draw.
7. 2.7   Each Qualifying Transaction completed beyond the 3rd will earn the Participant 1 additional Draw Entry.
8. 2.8   Transactions below the minimum value of AED 1,000 per transaction will not count as Qualifying Transactions and will not contribute toward Draw Entries.
9. 2.9   Each Qualifying Transaction must be successfully completed and credited within the Campaign Period. Transactions initiated but not successfully completed before the close of the Campaign Period on 31 July 2026 will not be counted.
10. 2.10   Cancelled, returned, or void remittance transactions will not be counted as Qualifying Transactions or Draw Entries. If an entry was based on a transaction that’s later reversed, charged back, or found to be structured/manipulated/fraudulent, that entry becomes void even if this is discovered after the draw has happened, as long as it’s before the prize is actually handed over. Winning isn’t final until the winner clears identity verification, sanctions screening, and any other due diligence LuLu Exchange is required to do.

3. Prizes

1. 3.1   A total of 11 winners will be selected from all eligible Draw Entries at the close of the Campaign Period. Prizes are as follows:
   1. Mega Prize – AED 100,000 cash prize and a jersey signed by Lionel Messi, Julian Alvarez, and Lautaro Martinez, awarded to 1 winner.
   2. Cash Prize – AED 10,000 cash, awarded to 5 winners (2nd to 6th).
   3. Samsung 55″ Smart TV, awarded to 5 winners (7th to 11th).
2. 3.2   The mega prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the 5 cash prize winners, followed by the 5 Samsung TV winners. A winner drawn for one prize is not eligible to win any other prize in the same Campaign.
3. 3.3   LuLu Exchange/LuLu Money will notify all verified winners with detailed instructions for claiming their prizes, including the designated collection location and any necessary documentation.
4. 3.4   The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no alternative will be offered in lieu of any prize.
5. 3.5   If a Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of first notification, fails to provide the required documentation, or is found to be ineligible or disqualified under these Terms and Conditions, that Winner shall forfeit the prize and shall have no claim against LuLu Exchange in respect of it.
   1. Reserve winners will be drawn in sequence at the same supervised draw; any forfeited prize passes to the next reserve in order, subject to the same verification requirements and a (7) day response period.
   2. If a prize remains unclaimed or unawarded after the reserve winners have been exhausted, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the conditions of the permit and the directions of the competent authority.
6. 3.6   Prizes will be delivered within 15 to 20 calendar days from successful winner verification, unless delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. AED 100,000 and AED 10,000 cash prizes will be credited directly to the winner’s bank account, and the Samsung 55″ Smart TV prize will be delivered to the winner’s home address. LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money will contact the winner directly to collect the necessary delivery and bank account details required for prize fulfilment.
7. 3.7   Jersey prizes can be collected from any of LuLu Exchange’s designated collection points in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Sharjah, as communicated to the winner. Winners of the AED 100,000 cash prize and the AED 10,000 prize will be required to visit the LuLu Exchange office for a prize presentation and verification. With the winner’s consent, photographs may be taken during the prize presentation. The Samsung 55″ Smart TV prize winners may be requested to share a short video showcasing their prize, with their consent. Photos and videos will be used for publishing on our official social media channels.
8. 3.8   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or higher value at its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the competent authority.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

1. 4.1   Winners will be selected by a random Lucky Draw conducted in the first week of August 2026, from all eligible Draw Entries at the close of the Campaign Period.
2. 4.2   The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of a government official from the UAE Municipality to ensure total fairness and transparency.
3. 4.3   Winners will be announced within 7 working days of the close of the Campaign Period on LuLu Exchange/LuLu Money’s official social media pages and/or website.
4. 4.4   Winners will be required to submit the following documentation to collect their prize:
   A valid Emirates ID
   A valid passport
   Transaction confirmation details
5. 4.5   Once a winner is verified and the required documentation is submitted, prize distribution will be coordinated by LuLu Exchange.
6. 4.6   The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding winner selection is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Content Rights & Privacy

1. 5.1   By participating in this Campaign, Participants acknowledge and agree that LuLu Exchange may process and use their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility and entries, conducting the draw, verifying Winners (including any identity verification and screening required by applicable law), and delivering prizes. Any use of a Participant’s name, likeness, photographs, or video recordings taken during prize collection or campaign events for marketing, promotional, or publicity purposes will only take place with the Winner’s consent obtained at the time of prize collection.
2. 5.2   Despite the above, any specific details regarding a Participant’s financial transactions or remittance history will remain strictly confidential. Such transaction details will never be used, shared, or published for marketing purposes without the Participant’s separate, explicit consent.
3. 5.3   Winner data will not be used for future campaigns. Any marketing consent is governed separately and may be withdrawn at any time by calling 600 52 2204 or emailing customercare@ae.luluexchange.com. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the Participant’s eligibility to participate in or win this Campaign. Withdrawal takes effect prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of any use made before it takes effect, nor require the recall of materials already published.
4. 5.4   LuLu Exchange will not share personal data with any third party except as required by law or for prize administration.

6. Verification & Fraud Prevention

1. 6.1   LuLu Exchange may request proof of authenticity, including transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents.
2. 6.2   LuLu Exchange may deny the entry of any transaction by a Participant on account of unethical, false, or inauthentic practices. If any transaction or participation is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, manipulated, or based on misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Participant or Winner.
3. 6.3   LuLu Exchange will never ask Customers for their personal bank details, OTPs, passwords, or require Winners to pay any fee to claim their prizes.
4. 6.4   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange and LuLu Money channels.
5. 6.5   No additional fees are charged for participation in the Campaign other than standard transaction charges applicable to remittance services.

7. Liability & Technical Failures

1. 7.1   LuLu Money will take reasonable steps to ensure system availability; however, entries may be affected by unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control. In such unforeseen cases, LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to any technical malfunction, hardware or software failure, network interruptions, or server failures of any kind. Incomplete transactions will not be considered as Qualifying Transactions.
2. 7.2   LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in this Campaign or the taking up of any prize, except where such liability arises directly from LuLu Exchange’s own proven negligence or fraud, and only to the extent required by applicable UAE law.
3. 7.3   LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, or acts of God.
4. 7.4   LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or defaults of any third-party service providers in connection with the Prize.
5. 7.5   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuLu Exchange’s total aggregate liability to any Participant in connection with this Campaign shall not exceed the value of the prize that Participant is eligible to receive. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 8.1   In case of any queries or disputes regarding the Campaign, contact LuLu Exchange at 600 52 2204 or email customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
2. 8.2   LuLu Exchange will aim to resolve complaints within applicable CBUAE-prescribed timelines where possible. If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department within 15 business days.
3. 8.3   The draw outcome is conclusive as to the identity of Winners. LuLu Exchange’s determination on all matters relating to the administration and conduct of this Campaign shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

9. General Terms & Conditions

1. 9.1   This Campaign is subject to any required registrations, approvals, permits, licences, or authorisations under the laws and regulations of the UAE. If any required approval becomes unavailable or impracticable, LuLu Exchange may amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at its discretion.
2. 9.2   Transactions made under other promotional offers, such as free transfers or discounted charges may be subject to separate eligibility review.
3. 9.3   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or void the Campaign at any time, or to change the draw dates at its sole discretion, due to regulatory, operational, or exceptional circumstances. Any material changes will be communicated through official channels.
4. 9.4   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to comply with applicable UAE law or regulatory instructions. Where amendments are required by law, they take effect as directed by the relevant authority. For all other material amendments, LuLu Exchange will provide at least five (5) business days’ advance notice through official channels. No amendment shall deprive Participants of rights already accrued.
5. 9.5   Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant.
6. 9.6   LuLu Exchange administers these Terms and Conditions in good faith and in compliance with applicable UAE law. Nothing herein shall diminish the rights of Participants under UAE consumer protection legislation or prevent Participants from seeking redress from competent regulatory authorities.
7. 9.7   The Customer shall ensure that all contact details provided to LuLu Exchange are accurate and kept up to date at all times. LuLu Exchange shall not be liable where it has attempted to contact a Customer using the latest details on record and the Customer fails to respond or cannot be reached due to outdated or incorrect information.
8. 9.8   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. LuLu Exchange submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, consistent with its registered place of business. Nothing in this clause prevents a Participant from bringing a claim before the courts of their emirate of residence or any competent UAE regulatory authority.
9. 9.9   LuLu Money is a licensed digital platform under LuLu Exchange, regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. This Campaign relates to regulated remittance services and does not change the standard terms and conditions of the underlying transaction.
10. 9.10   By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and provide consent to publish your name if you win the campaign. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable UAE law.
11. 9.11   Customers should conduct remittance transactions based on their genuine financial needs. Participation in this campaign should not influence customers to undertake unnecessary transactions.
