We LuLu International Exchange LLC a Limited liability company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under commercial license number CN-1157027, having a registered office at level 9, Medinat Zayed Office Tower, New Airport Road, P.O. Box 5379, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, (the “LuLu Exchange”) the exclusive owner of the LuLu Money mobile application (the “LuLu Money App”).

We celebrate the spirit of giving this Ramadan! Send money via LuLu Money App & you could be one of the 100 Winners to receive AED 500 LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher. Every transfer is a new opportunity to win, in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions!

Please read the following Terms and Conditions and by participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 Campaign: means the LuLu Exchange “Lucky Ramadan” promotional draw, under which LuLu Exchange will select 100 Winners only to receive a LuLu Shopping Gift, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Customer: means any natural person who reads these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily participates in the Campaign by completing one or more eligible Transaction(s) and meeting the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Lucky Draw: means the random selection process conducted on the draw date(s) specified by LuLu Exchange, from a pool of eligible entries, to determine the Winner(s). Each eligible Transaction constitutes one (1) entry,
1.4 LuLu Shopping Gift: means a shopping voucher with a value of AED 500 (five hundred dirhams) awarded to a Winner, redeemable for purchases at LuLu Hypermarket locations in the UAE, subject to the voucher terms and LuLu Hypermarket’s applicable policies.
1.5 Transaction: means a successful remittance/transfer transaction initiated from within the United Arab Emirates through the LuLu Money App, in an amount of AED 1,000 (one thousand dirhams) or more, sent in AED, whether the beneficiary is located inside or outside the UAE. Any reversed, cancelled, refunded, chargeback, failed, or otherwise invalid transaction shall not be treated as a Transaction for the purposes of the Campaign.
1.6 Winner: means a Customer/Participant whose entry is selected in the Lucky Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and who satisfies the verification and prize-claim requirements.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign runs from the 18th of February, 2026, until the 20th of March 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).
2.2 Any Transaction/ made outside the Campaign Period shall be void and shall not be accepted/counted.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To qualify for the Lucky Draw, the Customer must successfully complete a money transfer of AED 1,000 per Transaction via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
3.2 Every successful transaction of AED 1,000 or above automatically serves as one entry into the Lucky Draw.
3.3 The Customer can increase their chances of winning by performing multiple transactions; each additional transaction of AED 1,000 or more will be counted as an extra entry into the Lucky Draw.

4. Prize Details

4.1 A total of 100 Winners will be selected from the Lucky Draw of eligible Customers during the Campaign.
4.2 The selection process will consist of weekly draws, where 25 winners will be selected each week, totaling 100 winners by the end of the Campaign.
4.3 Each winner will receive a LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher worth AED 500. The voucher can be consumed within a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance.
4.4 The LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, pledged, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
4.5 The Voucher is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund, or substitution, whether in whole or in part, and no cash alternative shall be provided.
4.6 The Voucher must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of issuance, after which it shall automatically expire and become void, without any entitlement to extension, replacement, or compensation.
4.7 LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for the quality, availability, or fitness of any goods or services purchased using the Voucher, and any disputes relating to products purchased shall be resolved directly with LuLu Hypermarket in accordance with its policies.
4.8 The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of a government official from the UAE Municipality to ensure fairness and transparency.
4.9 Winners will be selected weekly on Fridays (subject to the availability of the Municipality official), and the winner list will be published every week via the official social media channels of LuLu Exchange and LuLu Money throughout the Campaign Period.
4.10 Winners will be contacted via their registered email or phone number as per the LuLu Money App records. Upon receiving a successful response and verification from the Winner, the AED 500 LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher will be shared via email. If a winner fails to respond to the notification within thirty (30) days, they will be disqualified, and the entry shall be considered void.

5. Eligibility & Participation

5.1 Winners will be selected through a series of random draws from all eligible transactions recorded during the Campaign Period.
5.2 All valid transactions must be initiated and completed within the Campaign Period.
5.3 To qualify for the draw, a single transaction must meet the minimum value of AED 1,000.
5.4 This Campaign is valid specifically for transactions made using the LuLu Money App only.
5.5 This Campaign is strictly not applicable for Customers who select the “Pay at Branch” option within the LuLu Money App.
5.6 Winners must provide, upon request, the transaction confirmation/receipt and valid Emirates ID (and any other documents reasonably required by LuLu Exchange) to claim the Prize. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture.

6. General Terms

6.1 The campaign is subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
6.2 LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign where required due to regulatory, operational, or exceptional circumstances. Any material changes will be communicated to Customers through official channels.
6.3 The participants/recipients hereby consents to the use of their personal information and photographs by LuLu Exchange and any of its successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, group entities, and the LuLu Money App. They further acknowledge and agree that they shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against Exchange and any of its successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, group entities, and the LuLu Money App arising out of or in connection with the use of such information and photographs voluntarily provided by them.
6.4 LuLu Exchange may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with or as required by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction issued by any competent governmental or regulatory authority. Any such amendment shall be effective immediately upon publication on LuLu Money App or display at its branches (or as otherwise required), and the Customer shall be bound by it from the effective date.
6.5 LuLu Money reserves the right to postpone/cancel/void/suspend the Campaign for any reason whatsoever.
6.6 Any failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Customer.
6.7 LuLu Exchange shall have the sole and final right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and any provisions thereof, and its decision in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants/recipients.
6.8 LuLu Exchange will take reasonable steps to ensure system availability; however, entries may be affected by unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control. In those unforeseen cases, LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to any technical malfunction, hardware or software failure, or satellite and network interruptions. Furthermore, LuLu Exchange is not liable for incomplete transactions occurring during online use, and such transactions will not be considered valid for entry into the lucky draw.
6.9 LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any Customer resulting from participating in the Campaign.
6.10 LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure i.e., severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
6.11 LuLu Exchange may refuse entry, disqualify any Participant/Winner, and/or withdraw the Prize if any Transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, suspicious, manipulated, or non-compliant with KYC/AML requirements, or if any information provided is false or misleading.
6.12 All disputes arising or in connection with this Campaign are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6.14 LuLu Exchange’s liability is strictly limited to providing the AED 500 voucher to verified Winner(s). No other compensation is payable.
6.15 The Customer shall ensure that all contact details provided to LuLu Exchange are accurate and kept up to date at all times. Where LuLu Exchange has attempted to contact the Customer using the latest details on record and the Customer fails to respond or cannot be reached due to outdated or incorrect information, LuLu Exchange shall not be liable and the Customer shall not be entitled to any compensation, claim, or benefit in relation to the campaign.
6.16 LuLu Exchange will never ask Customers for their personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.
6.17 LuLu Exchange employees are excluded from the Campaign.

6.19 By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and further acknowledge that LuLu Exchange reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Campaign and these Terms & Conditions.
6.20 LuLu Money is a licensed digital platform under LuLu Exchange, regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. This Campaign relates to regulated remittance services and does not change the standard terms and conditions of the underlying transaction.
