Terms and Conditions: Finalissima Golden Ticket

Campaign Overview

The Finalissima Golden Ticket Campaign is organised by LuLu International Exchange LLC a Limited liability company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under commercial license number CN-1157027, having a registered office at level 9, Medinat Zayed Office Tower, New Airport Road, P.O. Box 5379, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, (hereinafter referred to as “LuLu Exchange”).

The Finalissima Golden Ticket Campaign is subject to any required registrations, approvals, permits, licenses or authorisations under the laws and regulations of the UAE. If any required approval/permit becomes unavailable or impracticable, Lulu Exchange may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, in accordance with its discretion.

By participating in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions:

1. 1.1   Campaign: means the “Finalissima Golden Ticket Campaign” organised by LuLu International Exchange LLC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. 1.2   Finalissima Match: means the official Finalissima (also known as the CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions), being a one-off men’s international match played between the reigning UEFA European Championship winners and the reigning CONMEBOL Copa América winners, organised by UEFA and CONMEBOL, scheduled to be held at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar on Friday 27 March 2026.
3. 1.3   Lucky Draw: means the random selection process conducted by LuLu Exchange to determine the Winners from among all Eligible Entries.
4. 1.4   Participant: means any natural person who satisfies the eligibility criteria and participates in the Campaign by completing Qualifying Transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. 1.5   Qualifying Transaction: means a successful remittance transaction of at least AED 1,000 initiated and completed during the Campaign Period via the LuLu Money App.
6. 1.6   Entrant: means a Participant who has successfully generated at least one valid Entry into the Lucky Draw.
7. 1.7   Entry: means each valid and qualifying remittance transaction made by a Participant during the Campaign Period using the designated coupon code, in accordance with the eligibility requirements, and which entitles the Participant to one chance in the Lucky Draw.
8. 1.8   Ticket: means the official admission ticket to attend the Finalissima Match, included as part of the Finalissima Golden Ticket Prize.
9. 1.9   Winners: means the Participant(s) selected through the Lucky Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

1. 2.1   The Campaign runs from 12:01 a.m. (UAE time) on 1 February 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (UAE time) on 28 February 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Any transaction/Entry made outside the Campaign Period shall be void and shall not be accepted.

3. Eligibility & Participation

1. 3.1   Winners will be selected via a Lucky Draw from a pool of eligible Participants who meet the transaction criteria.
2. 3.2   To qualify for the Lucky Draw, customers must complete a minimum of three successful remittance transactions of at least 1,000 AED per transaction via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
3. 3.3   The chances of winning depend on the total number of valid Entries received during the Campaign Period.
4. 3.4   Eligibility is based on the successful credit/completion of the remittance transaction.
5. 3.5   Cancelled, reversed, returned, incomplete, invalid, or void transactions shall not be eligible.
6. 3.6   All valid transactions must be initiated and completed within the Campaign Period.
7. 3.7   Each additional Qualifying Transaction beyond the initial three (3) Qualifying Transaction will act as an additional entry, increasing the Participant’s chances in the Lucky Draw.
8. 3.8   The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of a government official from the UAE Municipality to ensure total fairness and transparency.
9. 3.9   LuLu Exchange may deny entry to any Participant engaging in unethical, false, or unauthentic practices.
10. 3.10   LuLu Exchange may refuse Entry for any transaction that cannot be validated or that breaches applicable requirements (including KYC/AML or internal compliance rules).
11. 3.11   This Campaign is applicable only for individual money transfers. Corporate transactions will not qualify for the draw.
12. 3.12   This Campaign is exclusively available to registered users of the LuLu Money App within the United Arab Emirates. Participants must be residents of the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
13. 3.13   The Winners will have to submit a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt, valid emirates ID and valid Passport to collect the prize.
14. 3.14   If any remittance transaction is found suspicious and or based on fraudulent act or insufficient/misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Participant/Winner.
15. 3.15   Employees of LuLu Exchange, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
16. 3.16   The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the first week of March 2026, and the winner announcement will be made on a date and time determined by LuLu Exchange at its sole discretion. Winners will be contacted using the registered mobile number and/or email address available in LuLu Exchange records.
17. 3.17   LuLu Exchange is not responsible if a Participant cannot be reached due to incorrect or outdated contact details. If a selected Winner does not respond within seven (7) days of first contact and/or fails to provide the required documents, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and select an alternate Winner.

4. Prize Details

1. 4.1   There will be one (1) Winner selected at the end of the Campaign through the Lucky Draw to win the Prize. The Winner may nominate one (1) guest to accompany them.
2. 4.2   The Prize consists only of: (i) round-trip flight tickets to Qatar, (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodation, and (iii) official Finalissima Match ticket for the Winner and the accompanied guest (if applicable).
3. 4.3   Any expenses not explicitly mentioned (including, but not limited to personal spending, meals, or transport) are not included.
4. 4.4   The official winner announcement will be made through the social media channels of LuLu Exchange and/or LuLu Money. Once the winner is verified and has submitted all required documentation, the prize distribution will be coordinated by LuLu Exchange.
5. 4.5   The prize must be redeemed for the specific Finalissima match dates; failure to coordinate within the timeline provided by LuLu Exchange will result in forfeiture of the prize without any compensation.
6. 4.6   The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. 4.7   Winners are responsible for all travel compliance (passports, visas, and insurance) and any applicable taxes or levies not explicitly covered by LuLu Exchange.
8. 4.8   If the Participant fails to claim the prize he will not be eligible for alternatives.
9. 4.9   The issuance of any required visa is not guaranteed, and LuLu Exchange shall bear no responsibility or liability for any visa refusal or delay.
10. 4.10   If the Ticket becomes unavailable for reasons outside LuLu Exchange’s control (including event postponement or cancellation), LuLu Exchange may cancel, amend, or substitute the Prize at its sole discretion.

5. Content Rights & Privacy

1. 5.1   By participating, winners consent to the use of their name and image solely for the purpose of announcing and promoting the campaign, in accordance with applicable data protection laws
2. 5.2   Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting participation in the campaign.
3. 5.3   Participants confirm they have read and agreed to LuLu Exchange’s marketing consent terms and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting 600522204 or emailing customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
4. 5.4   LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date to ensure they can be reached. In the event a Participant cannot be reached, the prize may not be awarded.

6. Verification & Fraud Prevention

1. 6.1   LuLu Exchange may request proof of authenticity, including transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents.
2. 6.2   If any transaction is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or based on misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the winner.
3. 6.3   LuLu Exchange will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, bank details, or fees to claim a prize.e@ae.luluexchange.com.
4. 6.4   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money channels.

7. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 7.1   In case of issues, contact 600522204 or email us at customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
2. 7.2   If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department.
3. 7.3   The decision of LuLu Exchange in its sole and absolute discretion regarding any aspect of the prize draw, conflicts, or disputes is final and legally binding.
4. 7.4   No correspondence shall be entered into regarding the outcome of the Lucky Draw or the selection of Winners

8. Liability & Technical Failures

1. 8.1   LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for incomplete or unsuccessful Entries caused by technical issues, system faults, or site failures.
2. 8.2   To the extent permitted by law, LuLu Exchange and its agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participating in the promotion or taking up the prize.
3. 8.3   LuLu Exchange is not liable for monetary loss resulting from participation or for failure to comply with obligations due to Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God).
4. 8.4   Transactions may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates or increased scrutiny by correspondent banks, which may differ from estimated completion times. LuLu Exchange’s liability in connection with this competition shall be strictly limited to the provision of the specified match tickets and hotel accommodation, and no other gifts, benefits, warranties, or implied obligations of any kind shall be owed or assumed. Additional fees or penalties may be levied by correspondent banks or due to customer errors in providing remittance information.
5. 8.5   LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or defaults of airlines, hotels, event organisers, visa authorities, or any third-party service providers in connection with the Prize.

9. General Terms

1. 9.1   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the campaign or change draw dates at its sole discretion; new dates will be communicated via official channels.
2. 9.2   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these terms as instructed by Government regulators without prior notice.
3. 9.3   Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
4. 9.4   In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
5. 9.5   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
6. 9.6   No liability shall arise for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control.
7. 9.7   Lulu Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation or prize use.
8. 9.8   The Winner and guest participate in, travel for, and attend the match at their own risk, and LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, or other incident arising before, during, or after the Prize.
9. 9.9   By participating in this Campaign and entering the promo code, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and further acknowledges that LuLu Exchange reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions.
10. 9.10   LuLu Exchange is not a travel operator and has no duty to supervise; it is not liable for airlines, hotels, organisers, visa authorities, or other third parties.
11. 9.11   Travel and attendance are at the Winner’s and guest’s own risk; LuLu Exchange is not responsible for incidents such as delays, illness/injury, theft, or other losses.
12. 9.12   Winner and guest release LuLu Exchange from any claims or liability arising from accepting or using the Prize or any Prize-related travel/activities.
13. 9.13   The promotion is subject to all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
