Terms and Conditions: Eid al-Adha Lucky Draw Campaign

Campaign Overview

We, LuLu International Exchange LLC, a limited liability company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under commercial license number CN-1157027, having a registered office at Level 9, Medinat Zayed Office Tower, New Airport Road, P.O. Box 5379, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, (hereinafter referred to as “LuLu Exchange”).

By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions:

  1. 1.1   Campaign: means the LuLu Money “Eid al-Adha Lucky Draw Campaign” organised by LuLu International Exchange LLC in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. 1.2   Customer or Participant: means any natural person who reads these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily participates in the Campaign by completing the required number of eligible Qualifying Transactions and meeting the eligibility requirements set out herein.
  3. 1.3   Qualifying Transaction: means a successful remittance/transfer transaction initiated from within the United Arab Emirates through the LuLu Money App. The Participant must complete a minimum of three (3) Qualifying Transactions of at least AED 1,000 each to be eligible for the iPhone Draw, and at least one (1) Qualifying Transaction of any amount to be eligible for the Gift Voucher Draw.
  4. 1.4   Lucky Draw: means the random selection process conducted on the draw date(s) specified by LuLu Exchange, from a pool of eligible entries, to determine the Winner(s). Each eligible Transaction constitutes one (1) entry.
  5. 1.5   iPhone Draw: means the random selection process conducted by LuLu Exchange to determine the 3 iPhone Winners from among all Participants who have completed a minimum of three (3) Qualifying Transactions of at least AED 1,000 each during the Campaign Period.
  6. 1.6   Gift Voucher Draw: means the random selection process conducted by LuLu Exchange to determine the 10 Gift Voucher Winners from among all Participants who have completed at least one (1) Transaction of any amount during the Campaign Period.
  7. 1.7   Gift Voucher or LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher: means a shopping voucher with a value of AED 1,000 (one thousand dirhams) awarded to each of the 10 Gift Voucher Winners, redeemable for purchases at LuLu Hypermarket locations in the UAE, subject to the voucher terms and LuLu Hypermarket’s applicable policies
  8. 1.8   Winner: means a Participant whose entry is selected in either the iPhone Draw or the Gift Voucher Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and who satisfies the verification and prize-claim requirements.

2. Campaign Period

  1. 2.1   The Campaign runs from 12:01 a.m. (UAE time) on 7 May 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (UAE time) on 31 May 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).
  2. 2.2   Any transaction made outside the Campaign Period shall be void and shall not be accepted or counted towards eligibility for either draw.

3. Eligibility & Participation

  1. 3.1   There are two (2) separate Lucky Draws under this Campaign, each with its own eligibility requirement:
    1. iPhone Draw: To qualify, a Participant must successfully complete a minimum of three (3) transactions, each of at least AED 1,000, via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
    2. Gift Voucher Draw: To qualify, a Participant must successfully complete at least one (1) transaction of any amount via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
  2. 3.2   A Participant who qualifies for the iPhone Draw (i.e., completes 3 transactions of AED 1,000 or more each) is automatically also entered into the Gift Voucher Draw and is therefore eligible to win in both draws.
  3. 3.3   For the iPhone Draw, each additional qualifying transaction beyond the initial three (3) will count as one (1) additional entry, thereby increasing the Participant’s chances of winning.
  4. 3.4   For the Gift Voucher Draw, each additional transaction of any amount beyond the first will count as one (1) additional entry, thereby increasing the Participant’s chances of winning.
  5. 3.5   This Campaign is valid specifically for transactions made through the LuLu Money App only. Transactions made at LuLu Exchange branches or through any other channel shall not qualify.
  6. 3.6   This Campaign is strictly not applicable to Customers who select the “Pay at Branch” option within the LuLu Money App.
  7. 3.7   This Campaign is applicable only for individual money transfers. Corporate transactions will not qualify for either draw.

4. Prize Details

  1. 4.1   The Campaign comprises two (2) separate Lucky Draws with the following prizes:
    1. iPhone Draw: 3 Winners, each receiving one (1) iPhone.
    2. Gift Voucher Draw: 10 Winners, each receiving one (1) LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher worth AED 1,000.
  2. 4.2   The specific iPhone model will be determined by LuLu Exchange at its sole discretion and subject to availability at the time of prize distribution.
  3. 4.3   The LuLu Shopping Gift Voucher is redeemable for purchases at LuLu Hypermarket locations across the UAE, subject to LuLu Hypermarket’s applicable policies.
  4. 4.4   The Gift Voucher must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of issuance, after which it shall automatically expire and become void, without any entitlement to extension, replacement, or compensation.
  5. 4.5   All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, exchanged, pledged, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
  6. 4.6   No cash equivalent or alternative will be offered in lieu of any prize, whether in whole or in part.
  7. 4.7   LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for the quality, availability, or fitness of any goods or services purchased using the Gift Voucher. Any disputes relating to products purchased shall be resolved directly with LuLu Hypermarket in accordance with its policies.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  1. 5.1   The Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of a government official from the UAE Economic Department/Municipality to ensure fairness and transparency.
  2. 5.2   Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile number or email address as per LuLu Exchange records.
  3. 5.3   Winners must provide a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt, a valid Emirates ID, and a valid Passport upon request to claim the prize.
  4. 5.4   If a Winner fails to respond to the notification within seven (7) days or fails to provide the required documents, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and select an alternate Winner.

6. Eligibility & Participation

  1. 6.1   This Campaign is exclusively available to registered users of the LuLu Money App within the United Arab Emirates. Participants must be residents of the UAE with a valid Emirates ID.
  2. 6.2   All valid transactions must be initiated and completed within the Campaign Period.
  3. 6.3   Cancelled, reversed, returned, incomplete, invalid, or void transactions shall not be eligible and will not count towards any draw.
  4. 6.4   LuLu Exchange may deny entry to any Participant engaging in unethical, false, or inauthentic practices.
  5. 6.5   LuLu Exchange may refuse entry for any transaction that cannot be validated or that breaches applicable requirements, including KYC/AML or internal compliance rules.
  6. 6.6   Winners must provide, upon request, the transaction confirmation/receipt, valid Emirates ID, and any other documents reasonably required by LuLu Exchange to claim their Prize. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
  7. 6.7   A Participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize per draw. However, a Participant who is eligible for both draws may win one prize in each draw (i.e., one iPhone and one Gift Voucher).
  8. 6.8   Employees of LuLu Exchange, its affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.

7. Content Rights & Privacy

  1. 7.1   By participating, Winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness by LuLu Exchange solely for the purpose of announcing and promoting this Campaign and future campaigns, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  2. 7.2   Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the Participant’s eligibility in the Campaign.
  3. 7.3   Participants confirm they have read and agreed to LuLu Exchange’s marketing consent terms and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting 600522204 or emailing customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
  4. 7.4   The participants/recipients hereby consent to the use of their personal information and photographs by LuLu Exchange and any of its successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and group entities. They further acknowledge they shall have no claim arising out of or in connection with the use of such information voluntarily provided by them.

8. Verification & Fraud Prevention

  1. 8.1   LuLu Exchange may request proof of authenticity, including transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents.
  2. 8.2   If any transaction or participation is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, manipulated, or based on misleading information, LuLu Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and disqualify the Participant or Winner.
  3. 8.3   LuLu Exchange will never ask Customers for their personal bank details, OTPs, passwords, or require Winners to pay any fee to claim their prizes.
  4. 8.4   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange and LuLu Money channels.

9. Liability & Technical Failures

  1. 9.1   LuLu Exchange will take reasonable steps to ensure system availability; however, entries may be affected by unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control. LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to any technical malfunction, hardware or software failure, or satellite and network interruptions.
  2. 9.2   To the extent permitted by law, LuLu Exchange and its agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from participating in the Campaign or taking up the Prize
  3. 9.3   LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, or acts of God.
  4. 9.4   LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or defaults of any third-party service providers in connection with the Prize.

10. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

  1. 10.1   In case of any queries or disputes regarding the Campaign, contact LuLu Exchange at 600522204 or email customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
  2. 10.2   If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department.
  3. 10.3   The decision of LuLu Exchange in its sole and absolute discretion regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draws, conflicts, or disputes is final and legally binding. No correspondence shall be entered into regarding the outcome of the Lucky Draws or the selection of Winners.

11. General Terms

  1. 11.1   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or void the Campaign at any time, or to change the draw dates at its sole discretion, due to regulatory, operational, or exceptional circumstances. Any material changes will be communicated through official channels.
  2. 11.2   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with applicable law, regulation, or instructions issued by any competent governmental or regulatory authority. Any such amendment shall be effective immediately upon publication.
  3. 11.3   Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant.
  4. 11.4   LuLu Exchange shall have the sole and final right to interpret these Terms and Conditions, and its decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
  5. 11.5   The Customer shall ensure that all contact details provided to LuLu Exchange are accurate and kept up to date at all times. LuLu Exchange shall not be liable where it has attempted to contact a Customer using the latest details on record and the Customer fails to respond or cannot be reached due to outdated or incorrect information.
  6. 11.6   All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  7. 11.7   LuLu Money is a licensed digital platform under LuLu Exchange, regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. This Campaign relates to regulated remittance services and does not change the standard terms and conditions of the underlying transaction.
  8. 11.8   By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and further acknowledge that LuLu Exchange reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions.
