What is the "My Blue & White Moment" Campaign?

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the My Blue & White Moment UGC Campaign organised by LuLu Exchange. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Campaign Overview

The “My Blue & White Moment” campaign invites Argentina fans to share a short Reel celebrating a moment that the blue and white made unforgettable. This isn’t about talking to a camera and telling us you love Argentina. We want to see it.

Show us how you prepare for a match, the jersey laid out the night before, the snacks lined up, the group chat going mad. Sing us the song you belt out when they score. Dance the way you danced when they lifted the trophy. Recreate the moment that made you a fan. Whatever Argentina means to you, find a way to show it, not just say it.

Your video could be a match-day ritual, a dedicated chant, a dance, a dramatic recreation of a legendary moment, a behind-the-scenes of how your household transforms on game day, anything that captures the feeling. The more creative, the better.

Eligible entries will be reviewed based on the published judging criteria, and winners will receive rewards.

2. Eligibility

1. 2.1   The participant must be 18+ years of age and a resident of the UAE.
2. 2.2   Content must be 100% original, created by you. No stock footage, no templates, no copying, no AI.
3. 2.3   No purchase or transaction is required to enter the campaign.
4. 2.4   The Instagram profile and the entry post must remain public until the winner is revealed.
5. 2.5   Participants may submit their video in any language.
6. 2.6   Employees of LuLu Exchange, affiliates, partners, agencies, vendors, and influencers are not eligible.

3. How to Participate

1. 3.1   Create a reel with a maximum duration of 1 minute, celebrating your love for Argentina, make it visual, make it feel, make it yours. Show your passion, recreate the feeling, or just let the world see what the blue and white mean to you.
2. 3.2   Your video can include personal clips, photos, original songs that the participant composed, dances, voiceovers, or anything else that brings your passion to life.
3. 3.3   Upload that Reel on Instagram and keep it public until the winner is revealed.
4. 3.4   Tag @lulumoneyapp.
5. 3.5   Send a collaboration invite to the official Instagram page of LuLu Money.
6. 3.6   Only entries that meet LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money’s content quality standards will be accepted as a collaboration and considered eligible for judging.
7. 3.7   Collaboration invites will be reviewed and processed within 48 working hours of submission.
8. 3.8   Use hashtags: #MyBlueAndWhiteMoment #MyArgentinaMoment
9. 3.9   Optional (encouraged): Ask friends/family to support your post.
10. 3.10   Entries that do not follow these steps will be disqualified.
11. 3.11   Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are posted, only the first eligible entry will be considered.

4. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection

1. 4.1   Winners will be announced within 7 working days of the close of the Campaign Period on LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money’s official social media pages and/or website.
2. 4.2   Winners will be notified via:
   1. Official LuLu Money social media channels (Instagram and/or Facebook)
   2. Email or mobile number registered with LuLu Money
3. 4.3   Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.
4. 4.4   Photographs or videos may be taken during prize collection or any associated promotional activities. With the winner’s consent, such photographs or videos may be used by LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money for marketing and promotional purposes.
5. 4.5   If a Winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of first contact, or fails to provide the required documents, LuLu Money reserves the right to disqualify that Winner.
6. 4.6   Prizes will be delivered within 15 to 20 calendar days from successful winner verification, unless delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Prize winners will be contacted directly by LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money to collect the information required for prize fulfilment. Winners of the signed jersey and AFA Backpacks must collect their prizes from designated LuLu Exchange collection points in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Sharjah, as communicated to the winners.

5. Judging Criteria & Prize Details

1. 5.1   Winners will be selected by an independent judging panel evaluating all eligible entries against the following criteria:
   1. Storytelling — Does the video tell a real, compelling story? Does it draw you in, capture a genuine Argentina moment, and leave a lasting impression?
   2. Creativity — Is the approach fresh and authentic? Does the participant bring their Argentina moment to life in a way that stands out?
   3. Reach & Engagement — How far did the reel travel? Likes, comments, shares, and overall engagement on the post will be taken into consideration.
2. 5.2   The entry judged highest overall wins the Mega Prize of a signed Argentina jersey. The next five highest-ranked entries will each receive an AFA backpack.
3. 5.3   Entries with fake, purchased, or manipulated engagement will be disqualified. LuLu Exchange uses third-party analytics tools to verify authentic engagement.

6. Content Rights

1. 6.1   By participating, the entrant grants LuLu Exchange the right to:
   1. Use, reproduce, modify, edit, or publish the submitted content.
   2. Use the content indefinitely for marketing or promotional purposes.
   3. Feature the content on official channels, advertising materials, and marketing campaigns.
2. 6.2   No additional compensation will be provided beyond the awarded prize.
3. 6.3   Participants retain ownership of the original content they submit.
4. 6.4   A participant may request withdrawal of the content rights grant for future use by contacting customercare@ae.luluexchange.com. LuLu Exchange shall process such requests within 10 business days, provided that withdrawal shall not affect any use of the content that has already commenced prior to receipt of the withdrawal request.
5. 6.5   You warrant that:
   1. You own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained necessary permissions.
   2. The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
   3. No other person or entity has any right, title, or interest in the submitted content that would prevent LuLu Exchange from using it as described.
6. 6.6   If your video includes any person under 18 years of age, you must have obtained written consent from their parent or legal guardian before submission.
7. 6.7   By entering, you confirm you have read and agreed to LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money’s marketing consent terms and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting 600522204 or email us customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
8. 6.8   Any marketing communications sent to participants as a result of this campaign will be conducted strictly in accordance with the CBUAE Telemarketing Regulation (Circular 3/2026), including obtaining and documenting prior explicit consent on a product-specific basis before initiating outbound communications.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

1. 7.1   Data will be processed in accordance with applicable Personal Data protection laws.
2. 7.2   By participating, you consent to LuLu Exchange contacting you via email, phone, or social media regarding this campaign.
3. 7.3   Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to complete the campaign and fulfil legal obligations.
4. 7.4   LuLu Exchange (the ‘Data Controller’) processes personal data submitted in connection with this campaign on the lawful basis of consent and contractual necessity in compliance with applicable Consumer Protection Regulations (CPR).
5. 7.5   Where submitted content is published on international platforms or shared with partners outside the UAE, LuLu Exchange ensures that appropriate transfer safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPL.

8. Verification & Fraud Prevention

1. 8.1   LuLu Exchange may request proof of authenticity, including a valid identity document (Emirates ID/Passport), proof of social media account ownership, or other supporting ownership details.
2. 8.2   LuLu Exchange will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, bank details, or fees to claim a prize.
3. 8.3   All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money channels.

9. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 9.1   In case of issues, contact 600522204 or email us at customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.
2. 9.2   If unresolved within 15 days, customers may escalate the matter to the CBUAE Consumer Protection department.
3. 9.3   The judging panel’s recorded scores and the resulting selection of Winners are conclusive as to the outcome of the Campaign. LuLu Exchange’s determinations on all matters relating to the administration and conduct of this Campaign shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight. Nothing in this clause limits a Participant’s right to raise a complaint in accordance with clause 9.1 or to escalate it in accordance with clause 9.2.

10. General Terms

1. 10.1   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or void the Campaign, or change campaign dates, at any time, due to regulatory, operational, or exceptional circumstances. Any material changes, including new dates, will be communicated through official channels.
2. 10.2   All decisions made by LuLu Exchange regarding winners, selection criteria, or disqualification shall be final and binding.
3. 10.3   Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
4. 10.4   The Winners will have to show their valid Emirates ID and a valid Passport to collect the prize.
5. 10.5   The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. 10.6   Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
7. 10.7   The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
8. 10.8   LuLu Exchange’s liability is limited to providing the stated prizes only.
9. 10.9   LuLu Exchange is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages affecting participation.
10. 10.10   Participants indemnify LuLu Exchange against any claims arising from their submitted content, including copyright infringement or defamation.
11. 10.11   LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law.
12. 10.12   LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the campaign.
13. 10.13   All disputes arising or in connection with this campaign are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
14. 10.14   Any disputes arising or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any rights available to Participants under applicable laws or before any competent regulatory authority. In case of disputes, parties agree to seek amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
15. 10.15   LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date.
16. 10.16   LuLu Exchange shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.
17. 10.17   This campaign complies with the Central Bank of the UAE’s regulations governing licensed exchange houses.
18. 10.18   No gambling, lottery, or chance-based elements are involved – this is a skill-based competition.
19. 10.19   This campaign does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of specific transaction types.

11. Platform Disclaimer

1. 11.1   This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor associated with it.
2. 11.2   By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability related to this campaign.
