What is LuLu Money SendFest?

LuLu Money SendFest is a rewards campaign designed to give eligible customers additional rewards when they transfer money through the LuLu Money App.

During the offer period, eligible customers who complete a single successful remittance of KWD 300 or more through the app receive 360 extra reward points, equivalent to KWD 3. These points are awarded in addition to the standard rewards customers already earn through the LuLu Money Rewards Program.
The offer is open to eligible new and existing users, making it an opportunity for both first-time senders and regular customers to earn extra rewards on their transfers.

How Much Can You Earn with SendFest?

Your total rewards depend on whether you are a new or existing LuLu Money user.

New users: Earn up to 4.5 KWD in rewards

New to LuLu Money? If your first transaction is a qualifying transfer of KWD 300 or more during SendFest, you can earn:

180 standard reward points, equivalent to KWD 1.5.
360 additional SendFest reward points, equivalent to KWD 3.
Total: 540 reward points, equivalent to KWD 4.5.

Existing users: Earn up to 3.5 KWD in rewards

Already using LuLu Money to send money? You can earn additional rewards on every qualifying transfer during the campaign.

360 additional SendFest reward points, equivalent to KWD 3.
Total: 420 reward points, equivalent to KWD 3.5.

There is no limit on the number of qualifying transactions for which you can earn SendFest rewards during the offer period, subject to the campaign terms and conditions.

How to Participate in LuLu Money SendFest

Getting started is simple. Follow these steps to earn your additional reward points.
Step 1: Open the LuLu Money app
Log in to your registered LuLu Money account. New users must register and complete the required customer verification.

Step 2: Choose your destination & recipient
Select your destination country from the destinations supported by the LuLu Money App and enter your transfer details.

Step 3: Send KWD 300 or more in one transaction
Complete a single qualifying remittance of at least KWD 300 through the app during the SendFest campaign period.

Step 4: Receive your reward points
Your standard rewards are credited upon completion of the transaction. Your additional SendFest reward points will be credited to your reward balance within 24 hours of a successful qualifying transfer.

Step 5: Redeem your reward points

What is the LuLu Money Rewards Program?

LuLu Money Rewards Program is a loyalty program that lets eligible customers in Kuwait earn reward points when they complete successful money transfers through the LuLu Money app.
These points can be redeemed in two ways: as cashback vouchers to save on your next money transfer or as LuLu Happiness Points to shop at LuLu Retail Stores in Kuwait.

How Do You Earn LuLu Money Reward Points?

The reward points you earn depend on whether you’re a new or existing LuLu Money customer.
New customers: Earn 180 reward points worth 1.5 KWD on your first successful transaction.
Existing customers: Earn 60 reward points worth 0.5 KWD on every successful transaction.

There is no maximum limit on the number of eligible transactions or reward points you can earn under the standard Rewards Program, subject to its terms and conditions. Each reward point is valid for two years from the date it is earned.

How Can You Redeem Your Reward Points?

Once you accumulate enough points, you can choose between two redemption options based on what suits you best.
Cashback Vouchers for Your Next Transfer
Want to save on a future money transfer? Convert your accumulated reward points into a cashback voucher and use it to reduce the amount payable on your next eligible transfer.

Here’s how the cashback options work:
240 reward points = 2 KWD cashback voucher
480 reward points = 4 KWD cashback voucher
For cashback, reward points can be redeemed only as 2 KWD or 4 KWD vouchers.

To redeem your points:

• Open the LuLu Money app
• Navigate to LuLu Money Rewardz
• Select Cashback
• Redeem your available points for a voucher.

The voucher will appear in your app and can be applied at checkout on a future transfer. The transfer must be at least 6 KWD, and only one voucher can be used per transaction. You can redeem a maximum of 480 points per transaction.

Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 240. If you have any points left over, they will remain in your account until you accumulate enough for another redemption.

Example: Suppose you have accumulated 480 reward points. You can redeem them for a 4 KWD cashback voucher. If your next eligible transfer is 100 KWD, applying the voucher reduces the amount you pay by 4 KWD, which means you will have to transfer only 96 KWD for your family to get the value in their home currency equivalent to 100 KWD.

LuLu Happiness Points for Shopping

Prefer shopping rewards? You can convert your LuLu Money reward points into LuLu Happiness Points and use them for purchases at LuLu Retail Stores in Kuwait.

240 LuLu Money reward points can be converted into LuLu Happiness Points worth 2 KWD.
To use this option, make sure you are registered with the same mobile number on both the LuLu Money app and the LuLu Happiness App.

Example: If you have 240 reward points in your LuLu Money account, you can convert them into LuLu Happiness Points worth 2 KWD via the LuLu Happiness App and use them towards eligible purchases at LuLu Retail Stores in Kuwait.
