Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the My LuLu Money Moment UGC Campaign organised by LuLu Exchange. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

Campaign Overview

1. The "My LuLu Money Moment" campaign invites users to share a short Reel about a moment which was made special by the LuLu Money App. You can also share what you love about the app. Eligible entries will be reviewed based on the published judging criteria, and winners will receive rewards.

Eligibility

2. The participant must be 18+ and a resident of UAE.
3. The participant must have a valid LuLu Money account.
4. Content must be 100% original, created by you. No stock footage, no templates, no copying.
5. No purchase or transaction is required to enter the campaign. However, preference may be given to participants who have completed a successful transaction via LuLu Money during the campaign period, in alignment with the judging criteria.
6. The Instagram profile and the entry post must remain public until the winner is revealed.
7. Participants may submit their story in any language.
8. Employees of LuLu Exchange, affiliates, partners, agencies, vendors, and influencers are not eligible.

How to Participate

9. Create a 20 - 40 second Reel, talking about a moment that was made special by LuLu Money and what you love about the app.
10. You can include screenshots, voiceovers, or share your personal reflections in your Reel.
11. Upload that Reel on Instagram and keep it public until the end of the campaign period.
12. Tag @luluexchange and @lulumoneyapp.
13. Send a collaboration invite to the official Instagram pages of LuLu Money and LuLu Exchange.
14. Use hashtags: #MyLuLuMoneyMoment #LuLuMoney #LuLuExchange.
15. Optional (encouraged): Ask friends/family to support your post.
16. Entries that do not follow these steps will be disqualified.
17. Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are posted, only the first eligible entry will be considered.

Data Protection & Privacy

18. Personal data collected will be used solely for campaign administration, winner verification, and prize delivery.
19. Data will be processed in accordance with applicable Personal Data protection laws.
20. By participating, you consent to LuLu Exchange contacting you via email, phone, or social media regarding this campaign.
21. Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to complete the campaign and fulfill legal obligations.
22. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting 600522204 or email us customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.

Winner Announcement & Prize Collection

23. The first 3 iPhone winners will be announced on Jan 1, 2026.
24. The Mega Cash Prize winner and the remaining 2 iPhone winners will be announced at the end of the campaign period.
25. Winners will be notified via:
    • Official LuLu Money social media channels (Instagram and/or Facebook)
    • Email or mobile number registered with LuLu Money
26. Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.
27. Winners may be required to sign a winner declaration and release form.
28. Winners must be available for potential promotional activities (photos/videos) as reasonably requested by LuLu Exchange.
29. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the given timeframe, the prize may be forfeited.

Judging Criteria

30. Winners will be selected through a two-phase evaluation process:

• Phase 1: Qualification & Scoring (Objective Metrics)
• All eligible entries will be scored based on:

• Engagement Metrics (measured at campaign end)
  • Likes: 20 points
  • Comments: 15 points
  • Shares: 10 points
  • Video Views: 10 points
  • Maximum Score: 55 points
• Compliance & Technical Quality:
  • Adherence to all participation rules: 10 points
  • Video duration (20 - 40 seconds): 5 points
  • Audio/visual clarity: 5 points
  • Proper use of required hashtags and tags: 5 points
  • Maximum Score: 25 points

1. Phase 2: Content Evaluation (Transparent Panel Review)
• Story Quality (evaluated by independent judging panel) based on:
  • Demonstrates genuine LuLu Money experience: 10 points
  • Creative presentation: 5 points
  • Emotional impact/relatability: 5 points
  • Maximum Score: 20 points
• Total Maximum Score: 100 points

31. The entry with the highest total score wins the Mega Prize of AED 10,000. The next five highest-scoring entries win iPhone 17.
32. In case of a tie: The entry with the higher engagement score (Phase 1) will be ranked higher.
33. Transparency & Fair Evaluation
    • All scores will be calculated using standardized formulas
    • The judging panel consists of 3 independent evaluators
    • Panel members will score entries independently without knowing other panel members' scores
    • Final content score will be the average of all panel scores
34. Entries with fake, purchased, or manipulated engagement will be disqualified. LuLu Exchange uses third-party analytics tools to verify authentic engagement.

Prize Details

35. Prizes include 1 Mega Cash Prize of AED 10,000 and 5 iPhone 17.
36. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
37. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value.
38. Winners must respond within 10 working days from the date they are first contacted byLuLu Exchange.
39. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture and selection of another winner.
40. Upon successful verification of identity and eligibility, prizes will be delivered within 30 working days.
41. iPhone winners acknowledge that the device is awarded as a non-cash reward and cannot be exchanged for cash.
42. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, telecom registration fees (e.g., device activation/registration), or other charges linked to prize receipt shall be borne by the winner.

Content Rights

43. By participating, the entrant grants LuLu Exchange the right to:
    • Use, reproduce, modify, edit, or publish the submitted content.
    • Use the content indefinitely for marketing or promotional purposes.
    • Feature the content on official channels, advertising materials, and marketing campaigns
    • No additional compensation will be provided beyond the awarded prize.
    • Participants retain ownership of their original content.
44. You warrant that:
    • You own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained necessary permissions.
    • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
    • No other person or entity has any right, title, or interest in the submitted content that would prevent LuLu Exchange from using it as described.
45. If your video includes any person under 18 years of age, you must have obtained written consent from their parent or legal guardian before submission.
46. By entering, you confirm you have read and agreed to LuLu Exchange/ LuLu Money’s marketing consent terms and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting 600522204 or email us customercare@ae.luluexchange.com.

Verification, Authenticity & Fraud Prevention

47. LuLu Exchange may request proof of the authenticity of the story, including transaction details.
48. Participants may be required to submit screenshots or supporting documents if asked.
49. LuLu Exchange will review engagement patterns to identify fake, purchased, or boosted engagement.
50. Any attempt to manipulate engagement or submit false information will result in disqualification.
51. LuLu Exchange and LuLu Money will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, card details, or bank information for this campaign.
52. All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Exchange / LuLu Money channels.
53. LuLu Exchange shall not be responsible for any loss arising from dealings with fake or unauthorized sources.

Disqualification & Invalid Entry Conditions

55. Entry will be rejected if:
    • Your profile or post goes private before the winner's announcement.
    • You fail to tag and collaborate the official accounts or use required hashtags.
    • The content is plagiarized, AI-generated/template-based, or copied.
    • Any form of fake or purchased engagement (likes/comments/views) is detected.
    • Content contains offensive, political, religiously sensitive, discriminatory or harmful material.

General Terms

56. All decisions made by LuLu Exchange regarding winners, selection criteria, or disqualification shall be final and binding.
57. Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
58. Winners must collect prizes from an official LuLu Exchange / Lulu Money location as instructed by LuLu Money during/after the campaign.
59. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such updates will be communicated through official LuLu Money social media channels and/or the official website.
60. The Winners will have to submit a copy of their transaction confirmation receipt (if asked), a valid Emirates ID, and a valid Passport to collect the prize.
61. Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant/Winner.
62. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
63. Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
64. The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
65. LuLu Exchange's liability is limited to providing the stated prizes only.
66. LuLu Exchange is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages affecting participation.
67. Participants indemnify LuLu Exchange against any claims arising from their submitted content, including copyright infringement or defamation.
68. LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited by law.
69. LuLu Exchange will not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the campaign.
70. All disputes arising or in connection with this campaign are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
71. Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. In case of disputes, parties agree to seek amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
72. LuLu Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their contact information up to date.
73. LuLu Exchange shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.
74. This campaign complies with the Central Bank of the UAE's regulations governing licensed exchange houses.
75. No gambling, lottery, or chance-based elements are involved - this is a skill-based competition.
76. This campaign does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of specific transaction types.
