How to Redeem?
1. Promotion Overview:
Lulu Money is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special promotion. Customers who make qualifying transactions will receive rewards, including a Famous Dave’s voucher worth AED 50, zero transfer fees, and 10,000 Happiness Points. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all individuals who make qualifying transactions through the LuLu Money app during the Promotion Period. Zero transfer fee and 10,000 happiness points only eligible for 1st time transacting users.
3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion is valid from [12th February ] to [21st February], both dates inclusive. Transactions made outside this period will not qualify for the Promotion.
4. How to Participate:
To participate in the Promotion, customers must:
- Complete a minimum transaction of AED 300 or above during the Promotion Period.
5. Promotion Benefits:
- Famous Dave’s Voucher: Customers who complete a qualifying transaction (AED 300 or more) will receive a Famous Dave’s voucher worth AED 50.
- Zero Transfer Fee: First transaction made on Lulu Money App will be eligible for zero transfer fee.
- Happiness Points: The first transaction on LuLu Money App will earn the customer 10,000 Happiness Points (worth AED 25).
6. Exclusions:
The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:
- Mastercard transactions
- Cash pickup transactions
- Bill payments
- Pay-at-branch transactions
7. Voucher Distribution:
The Famous Dave’s voucher will be sent digitally to the customer’s registered email or phone number within 48 hours after the transaction is completed.
8. Limitations:
- The Famous Dave’s voucher can be redeemed once during the Promotion Period per customer.
- Happiness Points and the zero transfer fee are only applicable to the first transaction made by the customer on the LuLu Money App.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless stated otherwise.
9. Modification or Cancellation of the Promotion:
LuLu Money reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, without prior notice, due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through the official Lulu Money website or app.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [UAE]. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [UAE].

Terms & Conditions:
1. A minimum purchase of 100 AED (excluding taxes and service charges) is required to redeem this voucher.
2. The voucher is only valid at designated Famous Dave’s outlets in the UAE and cannot be used for online orders, delivery, or takeaway unless stated otherwise.
3. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused, exchanged for cash, or reissued. No refunds or carryovers apply if the bill is less than the voucher value.
4. Only one voucher can be used per table, per visit. Splitting bills to use multiple vouchers is not allowed.
5. The voucher code must be presented at the time of redemption via email or WhatsApp.
6. This voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
7. The voucher cannot be converted into cash.
