Terms & Conditions:
- The LuLu Happiness Program is a customer loyalty program designed to reward regular shoppers at LuLu Express Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, and Department Stores.
- All customers who complete transactions using LuLu Money App will be rewarded with Happiness Points, which can be viewed and redeemed in the Happiness section of the LuLu Hypermarket app.
- New customers transacting for the first time will receive 10,000 Happiness Points (equivalent to 25 AED), while existing customers will earn 1,000 Happiness Points (equivalent to 2.5 AED) for each transaction.
- Customers will be automatically registered for the LuLu Happiness Program upon completing a transaction on the LuLu Money App.
- Existing LuLu Money App Customers can download the LuLu Hypermarket app and log in using the same mobile number used for LuLu Money App and navigate to the Happiness section and view their happiness points.
- Existing LuLu Hypermarket app Customers can download the LuLu Money App and log in using the same mobile number used LuLu Hypermarket app and can do the transaction to get the happiness points.
- Happiness Points earned through LuLu Money transactions will be added to the balance in the Happiness Program on the LuLu Hypermarket app for now; however, these points will not be visible in the transaction history.
- If the email ID associated with the mobile number used for logging in has already been linked to another mobile number, customers can gain access by changing the email ID and then attempting to log in again on the LuLu Hypermarket app.
- The points cannot be combined with any other offer nor can be exchanged for cash.
- LuLu Exchange may publish the recipient’s photos and names on any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes.
- The participant/recipient hereby consents to the use of his information and photo by LuLu Exchange and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled to any claim against LuLu Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.
- LuLu Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions instructed by the Government regulators without prior notice to the customer at any time and the participant/recipient shall be bound by such amendments.
- The validity of the free ZEE5 Premium Subscription is for 1 month from the date of redemption.
- The ZEE5 offer cannot be combined with any other offer nor can be exchanged for cash.
- It is required to complete a minimum of one transaction of any value via LuLu Money App to claim the ZEE5 Premium voucher.
- This limited-time offer entitles each unique customer to receive one voucher during the promotional period. Even if a customer receives multiple vouchers, only one can be redeemed if they have availed themselves of this offer before.
- LuLu Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel/void/suspend the promotion for any reason whatsoever.
- Any failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the disqualification of the Participant/Recipient.
- The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the participants/winners.
- The decision of LuLu Exchange regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind OR if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when transacting online, LuLu Exchange does not take any responsibility for incomplete transactions and any incomplete transactions will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
- LuLu Exchange accepts no responsibility for any transaction which is not completed for any reason.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. LuLu Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the voucher to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, LuLu Exchange, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.
- The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the promotion.
- LuLu Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure i.e., severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
- All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

- LuLu Exchange will never ask customers for their personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.
