We, Lulu International Exchange LLC (Lulu), is a company registered in UAE and licensed by the Central Bank of UAE operating in the country and referred in this Customer Information Policy as ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ (including all grammatical variations).

Introduction to the Policy

This customer information policy (“CI Policy”) published and shared by Lulu governs the security capabilities & policy for transmission of payment card details, personal and financial data supplied by our customer while availing any of our services whether on our website, Lulu Money mobile app or through any other medium (“Platform”).

You need to be registered and logged into your account for using Lulu Money. From your account, we will capture your name, email address, phone number and address listed. You will be required to manually enter your card details onto the hosted checkout page provided by Payment Gateway. This information is used by the Payment Gateway to process and allows us to fulfill your order successfully.

Customer Information Protection

We use secure server for orders to make a money transfer or payment on your behalf. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.

Card Details

All card payments are processed securely through the Payment Gateway selected for the payment.

All credit/debit cards details, and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

SSL Certificate

We offer Debit Card payments for all our registered users in UAE. Card payments are made directly through a 256-bit SSL Encryption software connected to Payment Gateway to ensure your personal details are kept safe.
