What is the LuLu Money Rewards Program?

1. Definitions

1. 1.1   Reward Points — Points earned by users upon completing eligible transactions through the LuLu Money App, which can be converted into LuLu Happiness Points upon reaching 240 points (worth 2 KWD).
2. 1.2   LuLu Happiness Points — Points converted from Reward Points that can be redeemed for purchases at any LuLu Retail Store.
3. 1.3   Qualifying/Eligible Transaction — A transaction successfully initiated and completed through the LuLu Money Kuwait App, excluding transactions made under the “Pay at Branch” payment option.
4. 1.4   New User — A customer who has recently registered on the LuLu Money App and is yet to complete their first transaction.
5. 1.5   Existing User — A registered customer on the LuLu Money App who has previously completed at least one transaction.
6. 1.6   Redemption — The process of converting accumulated Reward Points (in multiples of 240 points) into LuLu Happiness Points for use at any LuLu Retail Stores.
7. 1.7   Promotion — The LuLu Money Rewards loyalty program as described in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. 2.1   This Promotion is exclusively available to LuLu Money users in Kuwait.
2. 2.2   To earn reward points, users must successfully complete a transaction via the LuLu Money App.

3. Promotion Details

1. 3.1   New User
   • Earn 180 points worth 1.5 KWD on your first successful transaction.
   • Earn 60 points worth 0.5 KWD on all your subsequent transactions.
   • Reward points can be converted into LuLu Happiness Points once you’ve reached 240 points worth 2 KWD.
   • There is no maximum limit on the number of qualifying transactions or reward points that can be earned.
   • Redeem your points to shop for anything you need at any LuLu Retail Store in Kuwait.
   • Each reward point is valid for one year from the date it is earned.
   • Reward points can only be redeemed in multiples of 240 points. Partial redemption is not allowed.
2. 3.2   Existing User
   • All successful transactions grant you 60 points worth 0.5 KWD each.
   • Once you’ve accumulated 240 points worth 2 KWD, these can be converted into LuLu Happiness Points..
   • There is no maximum limit on the number of qualifying transactions or reward points earned.
   • Redeemed Happiness Points can be used for purchases at any LuLu Retail Store in Kuwait.
   • Each reward point is valid for one year from the date it is earned.

4. General Terms

1. 4.1   The offer is valid for transfers to all destination countries currently supported by LuLu Exchange Kuwait App.
2. 4.2   LuLu Exchange Kuwait reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
3. 4.3   Expired reward points shall automatically lapse and cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed.
4. 4.4   LuLu Exchange reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraud, platform abuse, duplicate accounts, or violation of the LuLu Exchange’s General Terms of Service.
5. 4.5   By participating in this Promotion, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these specific Terms & Conditions in addition to the LuLu Exchange Kuwait general User Agreement.
6. 4.6   LuLu Exchange Kuwait reserves the right to reverse, deduct, or cancel reward points credited for transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or found invalid.
7. 4.7   Reward points and Happiness Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. 4.8   Only transactions successfully initiated and completed through the LuLu Money App shall qualify for this promotion.
9. 4.9   Transactions made under the “Pay at Branch” payment option are excluded from this promotion and shall not qualify for any reward points benefits.
10. 4.10   LuLu Exchange’s liability is limited solely to the awarding of eligible reward points in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
11. 4.11   To convert LuLu Money reward points into LuLu Happiness points, users must ensure they are registered with the same mobile number on both apps.
