

Lulu Exchange – one of Bahrain’s most reputed and reliable financial services provider, has launched its ambitious Future Leaders Programme aimed at upskilling the company’s Bahraini staff members to positions of leadership, in adherence with the organization’s human resource development policies.
Through a proactive, pragmatic, and targeted learning and development curriculum, the Future Leaders Programme will provide selected team members training on various aspects of operations, customer service, anti-money laundering and branch administration.
The staff members will also be enrolled in the external training programmes. Detailing the initiative, Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director, LuLu Financial Group, said, “The curriculum is tailored to suit the fast-evolving nature of corporate management values, and we are confident that the Programme will help all participants grow into better professionals.”
