LuLu Money Rewards Program (LMRP) - Terms & Conditions
- Referrer: An existing LuLu Money user who refers a new customer.
- Referee: A new customer who registers and transacts via the referral link.
- All registered LuLu Money App users with verified KYC are eligible to be a part of Lulu Money Rewards Program (LMRP).
- To qualify for a reward, the Referee must be a new LuLu Money user with no prior registration or transactions.
- The Referrer and Referee will receive AED 25 (3000 points, where 1 AED = 120 points) for each valid referral.
- A referral is considered valid only when the Referee makes a successful, non-cancelled, non-refunded, and non-disputed transaction of at least AED 50.
- Points will be reversed if a qualifying transaction is cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
- The Referrer can refer multiple Referees without any limit and earn rewards for every valid referral.
- The points the Referrer/Referee earn can be redeemed for cashback vouchers (minimum 1200 points) and LuLu Happiness Points (minimum 1800 points).
- Cashback voucher values:
AED 10 = 1200 points
AED 15 = 1800 points
LuLu Happiness Points redemption values:
AED 10 = 1200 points = 4000 Lulu Happiness Points
AED 15 = 1800 points = 6000 LuLu Happiness Points
- Only one cashback voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
- Referral points are non-transferable & non-mergable across accounts and hold no cash value unless mentioned otherwise.
- Points that the Referrer/Referee can redeem will be based on the Rewards Policy and may be subject to change.
- Vouchers are valid for 2 months from the date of conversion.
- Any misuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, self-referring, or fraudulent referrals, will result in disqualification.
- Unused points will expire 24 months from the date they are earned.
- All points that are unused, will be forfeited when the account is closed.
- LuLu Money reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the LMRP at any time without prior notice.
- If terminated, reward points and vouchers may be cancelled (reduced to zero).
- Users will be informed in advance via official channels such as email, SMS, app notifications, or website notices.
