What is the “Predict & Earn” Campaign?

   • 1 transfer wins you 1 token, and 1 token is equal to 1 chance to predict the score. You will need at least 2 tokens (2 transactions) to make the minimum 2 predictions required to win.
   • Anyone can make any number of match predictions based on the tokens available. The more transactions you make, the more tokens you earn!
   • There is no minimum transfer amount required to enter. Anyone who makes a transaction, earns a token, and gets 2 correct predictions is a winner.
   • The prediction window closes before the official match kick-off.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the “Predict & Earn Campaign” organised by LuLu Exchange Kuwait. By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Definitions

1. 1.1   Campaign : means the “LuLu Money Predict & Earn Campaign” organised by LuLu Exchange in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. 1.2   Campaign Period : means the period from 12:01 a.m. (Kuwait time) on 17 June 2026 until the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final match (UAE time), as officially confirmed by FIFA.
3. 1.3   Token : means a digital prediction credit awarded to a Participant upon completion of each transaction. One (1) transaction equals one (1) Token.
4. 1.4   Prediction : means a Participant’s submission of an exact final score for a designated World Cup match, made using one (1) Token within the applicable prediction window.
5. 1.5   Correct Prediction : means a Prediction that exactly matches the official final score of the designated match at full-time.
6. 1.6   Eligible Winner : means a Participant who has made at least two (2) Correct Predictions during the Campaign Period.
7. 1.7   Participant : means any natural person who satisfies the eligibility criteria and participates in the Campaign.

2. Campaign Period

1. 2.1   The Campaign runs from 12:01 a.m. (Kuwait time) on 17 June 2026 until 1the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final match (UAE time), as officially confirmed by FIFA (the “Campaign Period”). Any transaction or Prediction made outside the Campaign Period shall be void and will not be accepted.
2. 2.2   This Campaign is conducted subject to all applicable regulatory approvals, permits, and authorisations required by the competent authorities in Kuwait.

3. Eligibility & Participation

1. 3.1   This Campaign is exclusively available to registered users of the LuLu Money App within Kuwait. Participants must be Kuwait residents with a valid Civil ID and must be aged 18 years or above.
2. 3.2   To qualify as a Winner, a Participant must have at least two (2) Correct Predictions across two (2) different designated matches recorded during the Campaign Period.
3. 3.3   In the event of multiple Predictions submitted for the same match, only one (1) Correct Prediction per match per Participant will be recognised.
4. 3.4   There is no minimum transaction value required. Any successful transaction qualifies for a Token
5. 3.5   Only Send to Bank, Cash Pickup, Wallet, and MTO transactions will be considered valid entries for the campaign. Only successfully completed remittance transactions initiated through the LuLu Money App within Kuwait will be counted towards Token eligibility.
6. 3.6   Each transaction earns the Participant one (1) Token. Each Token entitles the Participant to make one (1) match score Prediction.
7. 3.7   Participants may use multiple Tokens to predict the scores of multiple designated World Cup matches available for prediction within the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
8. 3.8   The prediction window for each designated match opens one (1) day before the scheduled kick-off time and closes right before the official match kick-off.
9. 3.9   Each Prediction, once submitted, is final and cannot be edited or withdrawn. A Participant may, however, submit additional Predictions for the same match using separate Tokens, with each submission treated as an independent entry, thereby increasing the Participant’s chances of winning.
10. 3.10   Cancelled, reversed, or refunded transactions will not generate Tokens.
11. 3.11   This Campaign is applicable to individual money transfers only. Corporate transactions will not qualify.
12. 3.12   Employees of LuLu Money, LuLu Exchange, and their associated campaign partners are not eligible to participate.

4.How to Participate

1. 4.1   Complete a transaction via the LuLu Money App during the Campaign Period.
2. 4.2   Each successful transaction earns one (1) Token.
3. 4.3   Navigate to the Predict & Earn section within the LuLu Money App to view the designated matches available for prediction.
4. 4.4   Use one (1) Token per prediction to submit your exact score before the match kick-off.
5. 4.5   Make as many predictions as you have Tokens available. You need a minimum of two (2) Tokens (achieved via two transactions) to make the two predictions required to win.
6. 4.6   If you successfully secure at least two (2) Correct Predictions, you automatically win the prize.

5. Prize Details

1. 5.1   Every Eligible Winner who makes two (2) Correct Predictions will receive 120 LuLu Reward points .
2. 5.2   All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3. 5.3   Reward points will be credited to the Winner’s LuLu Money Reward balance within 24 hours after internal verification and validation checks are completed, following the campaign period end.

6. Winner Announcement & Verification

1. 6.1   Winners will be announced 24 hours after the Campaign Period ends, subject to validation.
2. 6.2   Winners will be notified via email, app push notification, or mobile number registered with the Participant’s LuLu Money account.
3. 6.3   LuLu Money reserves the right to request valid identification (Civil ID/Passport) during the verification process.
4. 6.4   LuLu Money is not responsible if a Participant cannot be reached due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

7. Match & Prediction Rules

1. 7.1   Multiple designated FIFA World Cup 2026 matches will be available for prediction during the Campaign Period. The list of designated matches will be published within the LuLu Money App.
2. 7.2   Each Prediction must be submitted within the applicable prediction window: opening one (1) day before and closing before the official match kick-off.
3. 7.3   Predictions submitted outside the open window will not be accepted.
4. 7.4   To get a correct prediction, the participant must have submitted the correct predicted final goal score for the match at full time (including extra time and penalty shootouts, unless otherwise stated).
5. 7.5   In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or schedule change, LuLu Money reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace the associated prediction opportunity. Tokens used for cancelled predictions will be reinstated where technically feasible.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

1. 8.1   Personal data collected during this Campaign will be used solely for campaign administration, winner verification, and prize delivery in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws of Kuwait.
2. 8.2   By participating, Participants consent to LuLu Money contacting them via email, phone, or registered app notifications regarding this Campaign.

9. Verification & Fraud Prevention

1. 9.1   LuLu Money reserves the right to verify the validity of all transactions and Predictions.
2. 9.2   If any transaction is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or based on misleading information, LuLu Money reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the Participant.
3. 9.3   LuLu Money will never ask for any payment, OTP, passwords, bank details, or fees to claim a prize. All official communication will only come from verified LuLu Money/LuLu Exchange channels.

10. Handling of Disputes & Complaints

1. 10.1   For any queries or concerns, please contact us through official channels via customer.care@kw.luluexchange.com or call +96597279025.
2. 10.2   If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) Consumer Protection Department.
3. 10.3   The decision of LuLu Money in its sole and absolute discretion regarding any aspect of the Campaign, verification, or validation of Winners is final and legally binding. Upon successful verification, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

11. Liability & Technical Failures

1. 11.1   LuLu Money accepts no responsibility for incomplete or unsuccessful entries caused by technical issues, system faults, app outages, or connectivity failures.
2. 11.2   LuLu Money shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure).

12. General Terms

1. 12.1   LuLu Money reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion, communicating updates via official channels.
2. 12.2   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Campaign.
3. 12.3   This Campaign complies with the regulations of the Central Bank of Kuwait governing licensed exchange houses.
