Terms & Conditions – “Greatest of All Time Giveaway” Campaign

• The campaign is open to all and only residents of Bahrain aged 18 years and above.
• Employees of Lulu International Exchange, and family members are not eligible to
  participate.
• The winner will receive an autographed jersey signed by Lionel Messi, Julián
  Álvarez, and Lautaro Martínez.
• The participant must Follow the official Instagram page LuluExchangeBH. And like
  the giveaway campaign post.
• The person who comments will be considered as the participant (not the tagged
  friends).
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries from the comments.
• The winner will be selected by using online random winner selection applications.
• The winner will be announced on Lulu International Exchange’s official Instagram
  page within 7 days after the campaign ends.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
• The winner may be required to provide valid identification and verify ownership of the
  Instagram profile to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed within six (6) months;
  otherwise, it will be transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC).”
• By participating, entrants agree that Lulu International Exchange may use their
  name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes.
• With MOIC approval Lulu International Exchange reserves the right to cancel,
  suspend, or amend the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• By participants are agreed that if selected as the winner, they will be required to take
  part in reasonable publicity activities.
• The winner agrees to allow Lulu International Exchange to publish their name,
  Instagram handle, and photographs of receiving the prize.
• Such materials may be used by Lulu International Exchange for marketing,
  promotional, advertising, or any other lawful purposes, at any time.
