Lulu International Exchange Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certificate


Abu Dhabi, December 14, 2016: Lulu International Exchange, the leading worldwide remittance and foreign exchange services provider, was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Management System certificate by TÜV NORD. The certification was awarded to Lulu International Exchange for the quality management system associated with the Corporate Governance and Compliance related to executing remittance operations, dealing in sale and purchase of foreign currencies, wages protection system (WPS) services and a range of authorized value added financial services.

The certificate was presented to Mr. Adeeb Ahamed, CEO, Lulu International Exchange by Mr. Shibu Davies, GM - Certification & Auditing, TÜV Middle East in the presence of the senior management of Lulu International Exchange in a gala ceremony held at the Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay, Dubai.

ISO certification for management system is based on principles such as customer focus, risk-based approach, process approach, commitment from top management and continual improvement. The focus of this endeavor is to provide convenient financial transactions, that fulfill the core customer need for a secure, quality, speedy and value-laden service.
